Megan Fox Gets Candid About Bra Size And Various Plastic Surgeries

Megan Foxis getting candid with fans, revealing details of her plastic surgeries, getting Botox, and her bra size.

The 'Jennifer's Body' actress, who made her acting debut in the family film 'Holiday in the Sun', has been linked to artist Machine Gun Kelly, although, the two have been in rocky waters, even going to couple's counseling last year.

In fact, for the first time, Fox confirmed she and Machine Gun Kelly called off their engagement at one point. While she acted coy about her current relationship status, she did open up about other topics, including her chest size.

Despite going through various plastic surgeries, the actress revealed she actually hates going through the procedures because "her body does not react well to general anesthesia."

"It’s a very big deal,” she said on the 'Call Her Daddy' podcast of going into surgery. “I’m very afraid of dying under general anesthesia."

One of the procedures she has had was breast implants. “I had them redone after I was done breastfeeding my kids,” Fox said. She shares three sons with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Fox recently had her implants redone due to an issue.

When going into her breast implant surgery, Fox said that she told her doctors to give her “1990s stripper t-tties,” but due to her tiny body and frame, the specialist said they couldn't exactly promise that kind of results.

“I better wake up with the biggest b--bs you can fit in my body,” the actress said laughing. “They’re not even that big! They’re a 32D.”

She did admit that surgery is “a very traumatizing experience”, so if she is going to go through it, she insists on having a “reward for the suffering.”

In addition to revealing her bra size, the 'Jennifer's Body' actress also revealed if she's ever gotten a Brazilian butt lift.

“If I could I would," she admitted, "I don’t have the extra body fat."

However, Fox said if she did ever get the procedure, she would want everyone to "whisper" and "talk" about her booty.

“I’m going to walk through a park and I’m going to turn around and everyone is going to be whispering and laughing and talking,” she said on the podcast. “Like a circus freak.”

In addition to multiple b--b jobs, the actress admits to getting a nose job when she was younger.

“I had my nose done when I was in my early twenties,” she confessed on the podcast, despite being accused by fans of having “six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries.”

She also admitted to having Botox and filler, but the reason her nose looks different isn't because of Botox, but because she contours it to “one inch of its life.”

The 37-year-old also talked about some of her 70-plus poems in 'Pretty Boys Are Poisonous', which were published in November, admitting that some are "obviously about" Machine Gun Kelly.

"'32-Year-Old Narcissist Attempts To Quantify His Crimes' is about [MGK] and he knows it's about him," Fox admitted on the podcast, adding, "There are other ones, like 'Ghosts of Christmas Future,' obviously about him, but I also didn't really write anything about him that he hasn't said about himself in his own music."

"However," she continued, "that doesn't make it any less sensitive for him to experience me writing about it, because obviously he feels in control when he's telling his own story or maybe he's able to hide behind the music a little bit."

Fox has been romantically linked to Machine Gun Kelly since 2020, getting engaged in 2022. One year later, rumors circulated that the two had a rough patch as they were spotted going to couples counseling.

When on 'Call Her Daddy', Fox touched on some of her past relationships, revealing, "I've failed many times inside different relationships and was not flawless — I was not a pure victim."

"I did plenty of things and provoked plenty of things — not in terms of violence — but, like, I've provoked pain or issues inside relationships with my behavior," she added.
