Larsa Pippen may be blessed from above, but the reality star works hard to maintain her enviable figure. At 49, Larsa continues to prove that age is but a number as she flaunts her fit figure on Instagram, although fans aren't completely in the dark when it comes to knowing the secrets behind her body. In 2019, Larsa opened up to Hollywood Life, dishing on her diet and exercise mindset and even revealing what she'd eaten that day. Blasting fad diets as she shaded The Atkins Diet, the mom of four revealed that balanced and healthy are what does it for her, also revealing a preference for preparing her own meals.

Stating that she cooks "every day" and preps from fresh as she dishes up meals for the four kids she shares with NBA player ex, Scottie Pippen, Larsa broke down exactly what she'd eaten that day so far.
"For instance, today, I made oatmeal with a little bit of brown sugar, raisins, and walnuts for breakfast. I have salmon, broccoli, and brown rice that I’m going to make for lunch. And then for dinner I’ll have a salad with chicken breast. I love to eat," the former best friend to Kim Kardashian shared.

While A-Lister stars vow by low-carb diets, Larsa isn't a fan. “I don’t think you can sustain that keto diet or the Atkins Diet,” she continued. “Personally, I don’t feel like those work. For me it’s more it’s more about eating healthy and portion control. That’s the only thing that lasts forever.”
Larsa even revealed a love of home baking, although she will counter the extra calories by doing a little more exercise. “I love dessert and I’m known to make pies. Me and my kids make pies like twice a week – apple pie, pumpkin pie. I do cheat, but that’s normal. I’ll just do 10 extra squats that day. I’ll do 20 extra jumping jacks," she said.

Larsa may be approaching 50, but she's got fans thinking she doesn't look a day over 40. In this Instagram photo, the blonde posed poolside while rocking a skimpy glitter bikini in black and silver. While the likes of Britney Spears and Kim Kardashian have used sauna sweatsuits to shed the pounds, Larsa is more straightforward. Her advice is pretty simple. If you want to lose weight, just eat less.
“That’s the only thing that’s gonna work for life, because you can do all these diets, you can start them, but I don’t feel like you can live that [way] forever," she shared.
