Kate Middleton was allegedly seen visiting one of her favorite spots over the weekend in the company of her husband, Prince William. Surprisingly, no photos were taken of her during the outing, although reports claim the Princess of Wales appeared to be "happy, relaxed, and healthy."

It comes amid growing concerns over the true nature of her condition as fans continue to mount pressure on the monarchy to either release a voice recording of her or the original version of her "heavily edited" Mother's Day photo that was "killed" across major photographic news outlets.

The Princess of Wales reportedly went on a visit to her favorite Windsor farm over the weekend, making it the first time she has seemingly made a public appearance since going under the knife for planned abdominal surgery in January.

According to The Sun, onlookers alleged that Kate appeared "happy, relaxed, and healthy" during the visit to the farm shop.

"After all the rumors that had been going around, I was stunned to see them there," a witness at the farm shop told the news outlet. "Kate was out shopping with William, and she looked happy, and she looked well."

Despite the wild conspiracy theories surrounding Kate's whereabouts, no pictures were taken of this outing where she supposedly looked "healthy" and "happy."

Kate's visit to the local farm shop about a mile away from her Adelaide Cottage home is already raising eyebrows and drawing scrutiny from some quarters.

It comes amid a flurry of online conspiracy theories about her condition and whereabouts, which were heightened by a "heavily edited" photo of her and her children taken to commemorate Mother's Day in the UK.

A royal expert has now shared that her apparent sighting at the farm only draws more pressure on the Palace to update the public on her health.

Biographer Phil Dampier told the DailyMail that while news of her public sighting will seemingly calm some nerves, others will "now be saying if she is well enough to be seen by members of the public, then why can't we be told what is wrong with her?"

"A report over the weekend said Kate will want to reveal her treatment when she is fully fit and back at work. That would probably be the best way, but some will be impatient and want answers now," Dampier added.

The future queen is not expected to resume royal duties until after Easter when her three children return to Lambrook School as she continues to recover from her health scare.

When rumors regarding Kate's whereabouts started spreading, a spokesperson for the princess labeled them untrue and reiterated Kensington Palace's initial statement about her request for privacy.

Now, a friend close to the Wales has revealed that she may address her health mystery at a public engagement.

According to The Sunday Times, the tipster noted that Kate and William "want to be clear and more open" about her health but will only share it with the public "when they feel ready."

The source told the news outlet that Kate "is not a show pony" and that it is "entirely right" for her and William to not want to be "drawn into a game about what is going on with her health."

"They are at their most open when out interacting with members of the public, and I can see a world in which the princess might discuss her recovery out on engagements," the insider said. "If she was going to do it, that's how she would do it."

The friend added that the couple will only speak out when "they feel ready," adding that they "would expect that to be [Kate's] instinct and it will be her call. They're not going to be rushed."

The source went on to tell The Sunday Times that Kate and William are fully aware of the online rumors about her health.

"They're not like [Prince] Harry, obsessing and scrolling through Twitter, but they know it has broken through. They follow the news and see the BBC breaking news alerts," the source said.

The insider also slammed the speculations suggesting an issue in their marriage as "just cruel," especially as their family is "going through the hardest time they've had to go through as a family."

"In Kate's case, there is almost nobody else in the world whose face, body, clothes are more judged than hers," the insider shared. "What is happening is exactly what they said would happen—she would spend two weeks in hospital and be back after Easter. So what if they haven't pushed her out there to wave from the back of a car? She is not a show pony."
