Kourtney Kardashian Has Fans Asking Questions After Posting Mysterious X-Ray

Kourtney Kardashian has set tongues wagging after she recently shared a carousel of photos that offered a glimpse into her life as a nursing mother.

The reality TV star sparked mixed reactions when she posted a photo of herself undressed while breast pumping and a mysterious X-ray photo of a broken hand, prompting speculation that it belongs to her new baby.

Kardashian, who recently welcomed her fourth child, Rocky, with her husband Travis Barker, also shared photos of her toddler's customized stroller. She continues to keep pictures of the baby's face hidden from the public eye.

The Lemme founder recently took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos that seemingly gave a peek into her life as a new mom.

She included a behind-the-scenes photo of herself breast-pumping four months after welcoming her new son with husband Travis Barker.

While many criticized her for being topless and fully made up, the photo resonated with many mothers who called women "powerhouses."

She captioned the post "That's life," which included pictures of a staircase filled with red roses, a snapshot of a car, and a close-up of Rocky's hand holding Barker's chain necklace.

An enlarged X-ray portrait of a broken hand elicited mixed reactions from fans, with some speculating it belonged to Rocky.

Several fans commented on Kardashian's post to share their mixed reactions to the photos in the carousel.

Her sister, Khloe, questioned if she had to "post the x-ray," as a fan added, "Did Kourtney break her arm or one of the kids? Everyone thinks it's the baby."

Another fan wrote, "This is a wild x-ray. Hope it heals okay!"

"I hope the baby doesn't have a fracture... If so, I hope he heals," a fan penned.

One fan wasn't pleased with her pumping photo, writing, "Full makeup and heels to show us she uses a breast pump? The things people do for applause."

The couple welcomed their first child together over four months ago but have yet to share photos of his face with fans.

In the footage in her carousel, Kardashian and Barker can be seen taking a stroll with their son as he rests in a blue stroller, which she highlights in a later slide.

Following the conclusion of Barker's Australia and New Zealand with band Blink-182, they shared a photo of Rocky's bare foot peeking out from beige sweatpants while resting on one of his dad's drums.

"Tour was over, we'd survived," Barker captioned the post.

The former "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star also shared photos with the other children as they enjoyed their time there.

"Feeling so grateful for every single second of time with my babies," Kardashian wrote in her caption. "Rare to get 2 full weeks of 24/7 time as they get older! Thank you, Australia for the beautiful memories (minus the spiders)."

Following the birth of her son, a source, per Marca, shared that she was "so in love" with her new baby and that the couple wanted to cherish their time with him privately before sharing him with the world.

In the leadup to this year's Valentine's Day celebration, the mother of four took to Instagram to reminisce on her Utah getaway with Barker for last year's Valentine's Day.

The photos Kardashian shared were seemingly modest, but her husband made it a point to disclose how much the celebration meant for them, noting that they had conceived Rocky on that day last year.

"We made baby Rocky," Travis wrote in the comments, although some fans weren't necessarily pleased ... urging him to keep their intimate details private.

Kardashian is also the mother to daughter Penelope, 11, and sons Reign, 9, and Mason, 14, and Barker is also the dad of Landon, Alabama, and the stepfather of Atiana De La Hoya.

The reality TV star recently marked her late father, Robert Kardashian's posthumous birthday in a heartbreaking post, along with photos of them from when she was a child.

She wrote, "My Dad would have been 80 years old today. What I would give to sing him Happy Birthday and hear one of his funny jokes just one last time."

Kardashian added, "He had the best sense of humor and made life so much fun, like every car ride, every meal, watching movies (we had a movie date every Wednesday night and he would show me an old movie each week)… he made it all so fun and special. Happy Birthday to the best Daddy in the world."
