The drama surrounding Lady Gaga‘s breakup with Christian Carino and Bradley Cooper‘s breakup with Irina Shayk have just been brought to a whole new level.
Carino is responsible for the re-ignited rumors after “liking” Shayk’s first bikini photo on Instagram since the breakup.
The sexy supermodel just posted what appears to be a goodbye to the “A Star is Born” director while on vacation, and Carino was noticeably among the 6oo,000 people who “liked” it.

Carino and Lady Gaga broke up earlier this year during award’s season, and the split was rumored to be caused by a fling between Gaga and her “Shallow” co-star, Cooper.
To make things even more awkward, Shayk does not follow 50-year-old Carino on IG … even though he obviously follows her.
