Gigi Hadid allegedly cheated a photographer out of a big payday by posting his photo all over her social media, and now he's suing.

According to the lawsuit, Peter Cepeda says he took a photo of Hadid in July 2016 when the Victoria's Secret model was walking around NYC wearing a jacket with a modified Adidas logo changed to her last name.

Cepeda says he licensed his photos out, which were sold to various websites.

According to the docs, Cepeda says Hadid took his photo and posted it on her Instagram and Twitter feeds, which have a combined total of 41 million followers.

The photographer claims to be the sole owner of the copyright for the photos, and numerous demands for Hadid to remove the social media postings have been unanswered.

He's suing for an injunction prohibiting the model from using his photos, and of course, damages.
