Reality TV star Jenelle Evans has no plans on letting her allegedly "erratic" ex anywhere near their daughter without sufficient proof of his mental stability.

The "Teen Mom" alum recently filed to end her marriage to David Eason after six years, dropping severe allegations about his behavior. She requested full custody of their daughter, Ensley, because she believed the patriarch's problems hindered his abilities as a parent.

In her complaint, Evans stressed that she, the Plaintiff, deserved full custody of Ensley as she "is a fit and proper person to have primary physical custody of the minor child." The document continued:

"At nearly all times, plaintiff has been responsible for the minor child's daily needs and has been the only parent who researched, evaluated, selected and followed through with the minor child's doctor's treatment providers, extracurricular and enrichment activities."

The "Teen Mom 2" alum painted herself as a parent who has always and continues to strive for Ensley's happiness and well-being, which is why her estranged lover shouldn't be allowed near the girl without proof of his mental stability. Her request, per The US Sun, read:

"It is in the best interest of the minor child that plaintiff be granted primary physical custody of the minor child and that defendant's visitation and or custodial time be predicated on a mental health assessment to ensure his fitness and ability to care for the minor child."

Apart from calling out Eason's alleged unstable mental health, the reality TV star also bashed him for failing to care about their daughter's well-being. She highlighted an instance where the patriarch did not check in on Ensley after their separation.

The little girl allegedly had a medical appointment with an ear, nose, and throat doctor that would likely have resulted in surgery. However, Eason allegedly "made no inquiries as to the child's well-being, treatment plan, or status of the appointment."

The allegations did not stop at Eason's negligence as Evans claimed he had a "history of erratic behavior" and "substance abuse," which hindered his ability to parent their daughter.

She explained that his "excessive alcohol use and his short temper create a negative environment for the minor child." This led to the family allegedly feeling like they had to walk on eggshells around Eason "as his mood swings are unpredictable and vary in their intensity."

For her safety and that of her family, Evans implored the court to order Eason to submit to a psychological evaluation with MMPI testing (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory testing).

She claimed the results of this test would allow the court to determine his parental fitness properly. Additionally, the media personality wanted her estranged husband to chip in on their daughter's well-being.

Evans begged the court to order Eason to "pay the costs of the minor child's uninsured out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision, orthodontic, prescription drugs, counseling, tutoring and testing expenses."

"Despite defendant's lengthy history of unstable employment, the defendant has skills and trades which would allow him to earn an income sufficient to contribute to the support of the minor child," Evans argued in her filing, adding:

"Plaintiff is entitled to child support from defendant commensurate with the minor child's needs and the style of living she's accustomed to."
