Meadow Walker is stating the terms of her divorce from her estranged husband, Louis Thornton-Allan.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Meadow is asking the court to terminate its ability to award Thornton-Allan spousal support because of the ironclad prenup between them.
Meadow Walker Doesn't Want To Pay Spousal Support
In the filing, Meadow revealed she and Thornton-Allan went their separate ways due to "irreconcilable differences." She listed January 3, 2024, as the official date of separation after two years and two months of marriage.
Given that Meadow and Thornton-Allan didn't welcome any children during their short-lived marriage, there will be no child support or custody issues. However, it is possible that her request to have spousal support terminated might be opposed by Thornton-Allan.
As for the separation of their assets and properties, the only daughter of the late Paul Walker wants the prenuptial agreement they signed in October 2021 to be enforced. "Thecharacterofanyandallassetshasbeendeterminedbythepremaritalagreemententeredinto byandbetweenthepartiesandtheirattorneysdatedOctober14,2021," the document reads.
The "Fast X" actress shocked the world when she broke the news of her separation from Thornton-Allan towards the end of 2023. The estranged couple took to social media to share the heartbreaking news, writing,
"Statement from the two of us. After three wonderful years of marriage, we have come to the agreement to amicably separate. This is truly a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy. We maintain mutual love and respect for one another, and will continue to support each other."
Meadow and Thronton-Allan's romance made headlines in early 2021 and the former lovebirds wasted no time taking things to a new level. In August 2021, he popped the big question and two months later the pair walked down the aisle in an intimate ceremony held in the Dominican Republic.
Many of Meadow's father's "Fast & Furious" co-stars were in attendance with Vin Diesel doing the special honors of walking the model down the aisle.
At the time, Meadow raved about her happiness to be united in holy matrimony with Thornton-Allan. Describing their wedding as a dream come true, she said, "We couldn't have imagined it to be any more perfect and personal—and honestly, it was easy and simple. Louis and I knew exactly what we wanted from the start. It was a very intimate celebration."
Meadow Walker Moves On With Model Weeks After Divorce
Although Meadow and Thornton-Allan are yet to finalize their divorce, the Tiffany & Co. ambassador seems to be wasting no time finding love again.
On Tuesday, the 25-year-old was seen getting handsy with model Kit Butler in Paris. The pair were seen enjoying a night out amid Paris Fashion Week, staring into each other's eyes as they strolled the streets.
Meadow opted for a casual denim two-piece outfit for the supposed date night. The rising model kept her face bare and styled her brunette tresses into a messy ponytail. She couldn't stop laughing and smiling amid her conversation with Butler, who opted for a color-block Off-White sweater with walnut brown trousers.
Per Daily Mail, Meadow's outing with Butler was interrupted by a sweet moment with a fan of her father, who approached and asked her for a hug. The California native willingly obliged.
Details about Meadow and Butler's budding romance remain largely unknown but they sure seem to be loving each other's company.
