"Pawn Stars" frontman Rick Harrison's son, Adam's official cause of death, has finally been revealed one month after his passing.

At the time of his death, it was reported that the 39-year-old had overdosed, and now, autopsy reports have confirmed this to be true while revealing exactly what Adam "accidentally" overdosed on.

Harrison has been open about how heartbroken he was about the loss of his son and once attributed his use of drugs to poor border control.

According to the autopsy report obtained by The Blast, Harrison's son, Adam, died from an accidental overdose of fentanyl and methamphetamine. His death has also been ruled an "accident."

As we previously reported, Adam passed away in Las Vegas at the age of 39. His roommates claimed that he had been exhibiting erratic and strange behaviors prior to his death, and even allegedly locked himself in the room of a guest house he was living in.

In a statement, Adam's family said of his death: “Our family is extremely saddened by the death of Adam. We ask for privacy as we grieve his loss.”

Harrison also broke his silence on his son's passing with a heartbreaking post on his Instagram page. “You will always be in my heart!” Harrison wrote along with a broken heart emoji. “I love you, Adam.”

Ricki Harrison Blames Poor Border Control For His Son Adam's Death

While mourning his son's death, Harrison took the opportunity to criticize the government for allegedly not having enough control measures in place to prevent the proliferation of fentanyl in the country.

“Yes, I can confirm Adam died from a fentanyl overdose. The fentanyl crisis in this country must be taken more seriously,” a rep for the “Pawn Stars” frontman told a news outlet“It seems it is just flowing over the borders, and nothing is being done about it. We must do better.”

Since his death a month ago, Adam has been buried at a private funeral ceremony attended by close friends and family.

He is one of Harrison’s three kids, and he shares the late 39-year-old with his first wife, Kim. Not much is known about him as he did not appear in any of the episodes of the “Pawn Stars,” unlike Harrison’s other kids, Rick and Corey
