The "Single Moms Club" star opened up about the incident for the first time on Instagram, sharing a heartfelt statement about being uplifted by the outpouring of support in her darkest moment.

Brown survived the fire with her young son, Phoenix, and remains optimistic despite her pain.

Sunday will be an unforgettable moment in the TV personality's life as she watched the home filled with her treasured memories and assets burn down. In her message, which comes four days after the incident, Brown noted the incident was the most heartbreaking thing she had ever faced.

"I'd like to thank everyone who has been reaching out to me and my son during this devastating time," she began before explaining why people couldn't get through to her. "I apologize if I haven't been answering calls, especially yesterday, but I lost my phone in the fire."

The actress revealed she had been using a spare phone after the incident; unfortunately, the device crashed due to a lack of memory. She implored those who couldn't communicate with her to be understanding given her plight, writing:

"So, if you were trying to reach me yesterday, my apologies. This is by far the most devastating thing that's ever happened to me, at least with my parents; I knew it was coming."

Brown confessed she was still grappling with her emotions following the fire but noted her pain had lessened thanks to the outpouring of love and support. In her words:

"I'm not OK, but all of your love and support has been incredibly gracious and kind. Please pray for me and my son as we navigate this unexpected horrific incident. Cocoa."

In the post's caption, she reaffirmed her gratitude to fans and loved ones, writing, "Thank you for all your love, concern, & support. Please continue to pray for us. #cocoabrownonefunnymomma #phoenixsworld."

The "911" star's post generated hundreds of comments from fans and celebrities, with renowned comedian Luenell penning her love for Brown and her son. The Hollywood veteran revealed she was part of the group who couldn't reach the actress, writing:

"Cocoa, if you see this, just know that my thoughts and Prayers are with you and your precious son and doggies. Yes, I did try to call you, and I TOTALLY understand."

In a separate comment, Luenell seemingly implied she would give additional financial assistance. "More donations are on the way #SistersInComedyANDTragedy," she claimed. Comedian Corinne Irizarry shared similar sentiments about being unable to reach Brown, commenting:

"I tried calling you as well & figured you lost your phone. You are so loved & we got you. Whatever you need, whatever Phoenix needs…. We got you. Sending all my love, hugs, and prayers."

Meanwhile, R&B singer Monifa Carter claimed she was unaware of Brown's situation with the comment, "Sis!! I had no idea. Thank God you all are alright!!!! Thank you, God."

The entertainer raved about his support in a recent interview, noting she is beyond grateful to the "Madea" creator for contributing in her time of need. Her appreciation is extended to everyone who has donated to her cause.

Besides Perry's significant donation to her cause, Brown has received immense support from celebrities like Tiffany Haddish, Marlon Wayans, Byron Allen, Sherri Shepherd, and "The Breakfast Club" podcast team. These stars expressed their love on the actress's GoFundMe page.
