Sean 'Diddy' Combs has finally broken his silence about the gang rape allegations levied against him by an anonymous Jane Doe.

The embattled Hip-hop icon issued a legal response through his attorney, denying all the charges and refusing to entertain the alleged victim's narrative of what went down at his New York studio.

In new legal documents obtained by The Blast, Diddy vehemently clapped back at Jane Doe's gang rape allegations. He denied the horrific event ever occurred, noting he does not know what the woman claimed happened to her.

Diddy Slams Gang Rape Lawsuit As Prejudice & Violation Of His Rights

In case you missed it, a woman claimed she was sexually assaulted by the "Coming Home" rapper and two other assailants when she was just 17.

Through his lawyer, he stressed that he "never participated in, witnessed, or was or is presently aware of any misconduct, sexual or otherwise, relating to Plaintiff in any circumstance whatsoever." Because of his innocence stance, Diddy refused to honor Jane Doe's request for relief over the alleged incident.

The 54-year-old dropped ten points in his defense, with the first stating the woman failed to prove a claim upon which relief could be granted. Another argument noted the woman's complaint did not "satisfy all or some of the required elements of her claim under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law (VGM)."

The document described Jane Doe's allegations as "unconstitutional" because she waited a long time to file her complaint, which in turn has "prejudiced" Diddy. The statement read:

"Plaintiff's decision to wait more than two decades to file her complaint has prejudiced Defendant, as he has lost the ability to defend himself fully and fairly in this action. For example, some or all evidence that otherwise would have been available if the action had been promptly commenced may be unavailable, lost, or compromised."

Diddy's attorney further slammed the complaint, claiming the substantial passage of time since the alleged incident significantly impaired his client's ability to secure critical evidence like witnesses with complete recollection of the fateful day.

"Allowing this action to proceed violates Defendant's rights under the U.S. Constitution and the New York State Constitution," the document claimed. The responses didn't stop there as Diddy's attorney stressed that the complaint should be dismissed.

"Complaint is barred based on the doctrine of unclean hands, as the claim alleges an entirely fictional account that never occurred," the legal filing claimed before securing Diddy's rights to amend his defense and drop additional narrative after conducting further investigation, discovery, and research.

The embattled entertainer is ready to battle it out in court and requested a jury trial. His additional requests included dismissing the complaint with prejudice in all respects, the coverage of attorney's fees and other costs, plus any relief the court deems necessary.

Will there be another settlement, or will Diddy fight this one until the end?
