The 49ers WAGS & Their Partners Soak Up The Sun Following Super Bowl Defeat

Two weeks ago, the 49ers' season concluded with a 25-22 overtime loss to the Chiefs at the Super Bowl tournament. But part of the Niners family has overcome their grief in the Cabo San Lucas sunshine, emptying their minds and rejuvenating their hearts at the famous beach.

McCaffrey and Culpo were joined by 49ers' fullback Kyle Juszczyk and his wife, NFL designer Kristin Juszczyk. The guest list also included 49ers' tight end George Kittle and his wife, Claire Kittle.

These power couples were photographed getting tanned and soaking in the calm waters, while making precious new memories. The group appeared to have come to terms with their Super Bowl loss, with the stunning WAGS playfully addressing the situation on Culpo's TikTok page.

The former beauty pageant queen shared a video with cameos from Kristin and Claire alongside the on-screen text, "If you're wondering how we're holding up."

"I would give the pain a 10," Claire lip-synced to the audio before the camera panned back to Kristin and Olivia, who mouthed, "It hurt really, really, really, really, really, really bad."

Despite feeling blue over the Super Bowl loss, the heartbreak wasn't enough to overshadow the WAGS' love for their partners. Culpo, who became engaged to McCaffrey in April 2023, raved about her future husband in a separate TikTok video following the 49ers' defeat.

In the post's caption, she stressed that the outcome wasn't what she had hoped for; however, her man gave his all on the field. In her words:

"Sad because I wish the outcome was different, but ultimately grateful I get the opportunity to watch someone I love do what he loves and pour his heart and soul into becoming better every single day."

"I'm so proud of you, Christian, you deserve the world. Thank you all so much for the love and support this year! It means so much," Culpo concluded her touching tribute. Her fellow WAGS echoed similar sentiments on their respective social media pages, with Kristin dropping a lengthy Instagram dedication to her husband, Kyle.

"Every emotion humanly possible was felt on Sunday. We're still trying to process how we feel, to be honest. What we do know though is that in moments of sadness and defeat, we are reminded how incredibly lucky we are to have the support system we have," the doting wife penned, adding:

"Kyle – you're Superman. A true definition of a role model. I look up to you every single day. Seeing you wake up with a smile on your face everyday because you get to play football has always been my inspiration to go after my dream."

Kristin claimed "proud" was an understatement in describing how she feels as Kyle's wife and declared she will be his eternal supporter. Meanwhile, Claire echoed similar sentiments about her husband, George, in an IG post.

A few days before the Super Bowl tournament on February 11, 49ers' superstar McCaffrey opened up about stopping his fiancée from buying a VIP suite for his mother. During an interview, the athlete revealed he "had to nix" Culpo because he wasn't a fan of the idea.

"She tried to, but I will not let anybody pay to watch me play," the 27-year-old explained. The suite drama began when his mother confessed her wish to watch her son play at the tournament from a comfortable seat on an episode of her "Your Mom" podcast.

Unfortunately, the NFL star's mother couldn't purchase a VIP suite because of its exuberant price, but managed to negotiate an area. "Part of the problem is I wanted eight tickets together. I felt strongly about everyone being together," the matriarch explained, adding:

"So anyway, long story short, they're outrageously expensive, they're stupidly expensive, I don't know if it's the Taylor Swift factor, if it's the first time in Vegas factor, there's so much going on."

Following her podcast confession, her future daughter-in-law stepped up to purchase the VIP suite; however, McCaffrey refused.
