'Real Housewives' Star Hit with Divorce Papers While in Jail (And She Was Behind Bars, Too!)

It's one thing to have your wife file for divorce while you're in jail, but it's another thing when she does it from behind bars.

Josh Waring is the son of "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Lauri Peterson. He is currently behind bars and awaiting trial after he was arrested following an incident in 2016 outside a sober living home where he allegedly shot a man named Daniel Lopez, who survived. He's facing several felonies and his bail is set at $1.1 million.

Waring's estranged wife, Hannah, filed divorce docs on September 25, putting an end to their four-year marriage. The couple has a daughter, 4-year-old Kennady, who was adopted by Lauri in 2015.

In her divorce filing, Hannah lists her address as 550. N. Flower St., Santa Ana, CA 92703 — which just so happens to be the address of the Orange County Sheriff's Department. That's because (up until yesterday, actually) Hannah was locked up after pleading guilty to second-degree robbery.

The Blast

Hannah is not asking for spousal support now, but wants to leave the option open to ask for it later.

Unless she wants to be paid in cartons of cigarettes, it's probably best to wait.
