After Graden met Alonzo, who she nicknamed "Unc," and helped him out for a day, getting him tea, his medication, and a hotel room, she started a GoFundMe page to raise money to help the homeless man who's battling prostate cancer. She shared their day-long journey on TikTok in a now-viral video.

After witnessing how she went above and beyond for a stranger, other TikTokers decided they wanted to help not only Alonzo, but also Graden, a college student, so they started a GoFundMe page for her. With so many scams and fake accounts lurking online, Graden shared a video explaining what was going on.

Many people question if the pages set up are in fact for Graden and question their validity.

"I didn't wanna make it about myself. I know I'm a college student and I already had people question my character and who I am and how I'm gonna handle the money that has been given to Unc," she continued. "But literally non-stop there's so many, so many of you amazing people asking to donate to me and helping me with my college tuition and wanted to send me stuff, a wish list, and I just think that is so, so amazing that you guys are thinking of me."

She continued by explaining that she didn't want a GoFundMe made for her at first, but the response has been overwhelming. Graden shared the link to the legitimate fundraising page for anyone who wants to donate.

The goal on the page is listed at $44,444 and has currently raised $16,801.

The GoFundMe that Graden started only five days ago for "Unc" has grown to just over $400,000. More than 27,000 people have donated so far.

Graden shared her story on the fundraising page for anyone who needs more context.

"My name is Sanai and I’m a college student from California who recently moved to DC for school. I needed groceries and decided to walk to the grocery store instead of getting them delivered. I love making TikTok videos (@hustlanani) and decided to vlog my trip to the grocery store. During my trip, I was stopped by a kind man who asked for tea. He didn't ask for money. All he wanted was tea," she wrote.

"I offered him to walk with me to the grocery store. After walking and talking, he decided to open up about his current situation. I've learned that he’s homeless, has no family, and currently has prostate cancer. I then offered him food, and he didn't want to accept. I informed him that if he needed anything, he would let me know. He mentioned he needed his medication refilled, which is supposed to help with the pain he experiences. I then decided to document my whole five-hour spent journey walking around DC with my shopping cart and his suitcase."
