New details surrounding the mysterious deaths of three Kansas City Chiefs fans have emerged, including the position one of the victims was found in.

While the investigation remains underway for the deaths of Ricky Johnson, David Harrington, and Clayton McGeeney, who were found dead in the backyard earlier this month, the victim's families are looking at every single detail to try and unveil what happened that night.

Jordan Willis, the man who rented out the home for him and his friends to watch the Kansas City Chiefs game on January 7, reportedly fell asleep for two days, per his attorney, and he “is unaware of how his friends died.” The three friends were not found until January 9.

He is “anxiously awaiting the results of the autopsy and toxicology report," Willis's attorney added -- as are the families of the three victims. As they wait to find out more details, one of the victim's brothers, Jonathan Price, is continuing to conduct his own investigation as he looks at all the details released thus far.

“As a brother, I’m looking at everything,” Price, the brother of Ricky Johnson, told NewsNation’s Chris Cuomo. He also revealed that another victim, Harrington, was “found on a lawn chair on the back porch, rather than all three laying flat, which paints a picture we didn’t have from the very beginning.”

Price then voiced his frustrations with the police and their investigation thus far, claiming he "wants to be involved more."

He added, "My mother and Ricky’s father, they want to be involved more, and we’re just not getting answers from anybody, even the people that claim they’re doing the investigation.”

When the news of the deaths first came to light, Captain Jake Becchina of the Kansas City Police Department said the “case is 100% NOT being investigated as a homicide.” And that remains true today as Alayna Gonzalez, a spokeswoman for the Kansas City Police Department, said “This still remains a death investigation and nothing more.”

“We still have no evidence or indication of foul play, no one is in police custody,” she added in a statement to PEOPLE.

While police claim there is no evidence of foul play, Price believes otherwise.

“I’m not saying there was or was not a crime, but if you immediately suspect no foul play, then you should have a story, you should have something to tell the families, and for no one to hear anything, that doesn’t make any sense,” he told Cuomo on Monday.

“It’s the same every day with the lack of answer and the inability to truly mourn without any cause,” he said while adding, “I don’t think I’ll ever move on until, I mean, really, I’ll never move on, but especially not knowing what happened to my brother."

The investigation remains underway and there have been no arrests relating to the case at this time. The cause of death will be determined by the medical examiner.
