Vince McMahon has been hit with a lawsuit by a former staffer who has accused the WWE founder of sex trafficking and defecating on her head during a threesome.
The former employee, identified as Janel Grant, filed a new lawsuit seeking to void a non-disclosure agreement she had signed in a $3 million settlement in 2022. Grant claims that McMahon has failed to pay her the entire settlement amount.

Besides asking the court to void an NDA she signed, Grant has also alleged that McMahon forcefully penetrated her with sex gadgets he named after his wrestlers, causing her to bleed and sustain bruises.
According to court documents, Grant also claims that in June 2021, McMahon and another WWE official confined her in a room at the wrestling company's Stamford, Connecticut headquarters, where they took turns sexually assaulting her.
In addition to accusations of intentional infliction of emotional distress and civil battery, Grant claims that McMahon, WWE, and former head of talent relations John Laurinaitis violated the Trafficking Victims Prevention Act. These allegations are related to years of sexual and emotional abuse Grant claims she experienced while working for WWE.
A statement from Grant's lawyer, Ann Callis, on the lawsuit reads, "Today's complaint seeks to hold accountable two WWE executives who sexually assaulted and trafficked Plaintiff Janel Grant, as well as the organization that facilitated or turned a blind eye to the abuse and then swept it under the rug."
It continues, "She is an incredibly private and courageous person who has suffered deeply at the hands of Mr. McMahon and Mr. [John] Laurinaitis. Ms. Grant hopes that her lawsuit will prevent other women from being victimized. The organization is well aware of Mr. McMahon's history of depraved behavior, and it's time that they take responsibility for the misconduct of its leadership."
The shocking lawsuit comes amid McMahon's plans to step back from several roles in WWE.
In her lawsuit, Grant shared several instances of sexual abuse she allegedly suffered at the hands of McMahon.
The lawsuit also alleges that McMahon once shared a photo of Grant in a text message from 2020 with other people, writing: "She may scream and try to say NO!! Although it would [Be] difficult to say anything with a c--- down her throat."
Another crude text message allegedly read, "I'm the only one who owns U and controls who I want to f---- U."
The former head of talent relations, John Laurinaitis, who was also named in the lawsuit for assault, allegedly had regular sexual relations with Grant.
The former WWE boss has yet to respond to the scathing allegations.
