Gypsy Rose Blanchard-Anderson has announced she and her husband, Ryan Anderson, have a new addition to their family.

As you know, Gypsy Rose was released on parole on December 28, 2023, after spending seven years in prison as part of her guilty plea to her involvement in her mother’s murder. The 32-year-old is believed to be a victim of Munchausen by proxy, which is a physiological disorder that investigators claim her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, had.

Now that she is a free woman, she is trying to get back to a normal life with her husband, Ryan, as they have already expressed her plans for a "redo wedding" and the possibility of having kids.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard Is A New Mom!

Although the time may not be right to have children, Gypsy and Ryan are still new parents to an adorable 8-week-old puppy.

"I want to introduce you guys to someone very special," she began to say in her video before picking up her new black and white puppy. "This is Pixie," she added, "and she's already spoiled rotten!"

Gypsy went on to say how they bought everything they possibly could at PetSmart so she could feel at home -- and it seems to have worked, except Pixie has decided to take over the bed that Gypsy and Ryan share. They are still getting used to being puppy parents, but she said she "just wanted to get something that we both can kind of have to take care of and just have as an addition to the family."

"We're not ready to have a baby yet, so this was the next best thing," she said in her video after showing a photo of the new furball.

As expected, becoming a new puppy parent can be a bit overwhelming and challenging, so Gypsy Rose took to social media to ask her followers if they had any suggestions on potty training.

"Use the same training words: Sit, Potty, Outside, Lay Down, Look at Me, and so on," one of her followers suggested.

As another wrote, "So cute! A great tip that definitely sets you up for success is taking her out every two hours so she doesn’t have a chance to actually have an accident in your home. It’s a PAIN especially because you have to get up during the night but I’ve seen it works very well!" adding, "but that’s just an idea."

One of her fans suggested that "if she pees somewhere like the floor" to "take the potty pad and dab it" on the spot that she went because "once she smells the pee on the pad she will know that’s the place to pee!"

They added, "That’s how I potty trained my dog in 2 days — but making sure there’s a little pee on the potty pad for her to smell."

Another follower suggested, "Take the puppy out hourly for potty training! Watch for cues of when they have to go as they get the hang of it."

Congratulations on the new furry addition to the family! We are sure many more photos and videos are to come.
