Timbaland Is Selling Off Miami Mansion Months After Divorce Became Final

Timbaland is ready to part ways with his massive Miami property just a few months after his divorce became final.

The producer listed his 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 10,689 sq. ft. pad back in January for $4.99 million. He then slashed it down to $3,390,000 over the summer.

The home features a full game room, formal dining room, theater, wet bar, room-to-room aquarium, large maid’s quarters, 3-car-garage, tropical pool area, covered BBQ, and a tennis court (that you share with a neighbor).

Timbaland originally bought the massive home for $3,475,000 in 2004, so if he sells it at the new price, he'd be taking a small loss.

Back in March, his divorce from ex Monique Mosley became final. Monique had previously filed for divorce once before, but dismissed it before it was finalized.
