Sofia Vergara 'Forgot' Her Swimwear In Weekend Sunbathe

Sofia Vergara delighted fans with her amusing caption as she soaked up weekend rays in Miami, FL and kept her Instagram followers in the loop on Saturday. The sitcom star, 51, ditched L.A. for some East Coast sunshine yesterday, showing off a low-key sunbathe as she enjoyed a swanky terrace and also making her post hilarious. Joking that she'd forgotten her swimsuit, the Modern Family star modeled a pink strapless dress as she appeared fully clothed, but it did look like she might have forgotten to pack her bikini. Fans have left Sofia over 200,000 likes, with co-judge Heidi Klum also leaving one.

Rocking a blush pink dress with a loungewear feel, Sofia kept comfy and cool as she topped up her tan while barefoot, also resting her feet on flat red slippers. Very much channeling the chill vibe, the former ABC star wore her locks down as she also largely ditched the cosmetics and wore only a little lipstick to add pop to her outfit.

In a caption, Sofia told her 33 million+ fans: "When u forget ur bathing suit but you wakeup in Miami!!!??☀️☀️☀️"

"Sleeping Beauty," one fan replied. "I get youuuuuuuuuu. Jajja," another said. Sofia had opted out of tagging her 2023-founded Toty sunscreen brand, however many recent posts have seen her low-key weaving in sun exposure into promo for her company.

Toty did get a shout-out in the above Instagram photo, one showing Sofia back in her '90s modeling era. Stripping down to a tiny white thong as she posed facing the ocean, Sofia wowed fans with her buns out, also showing off her toned back as she went topless in the sun and wore only a silver bead necklace up top.

"The reason why I'm religious now about using Transforma at 51? All those years of unprotected sun in the 90’s !!! @toty ☀️ #tbtmiami," Sofia wrote.

Of why she chose the Toty name for her sunscreen brand, Sofia has revealed:

"In Latin America, everybody has a nickname, and so that was mine. It came from my brother who was two years older than me. They used to call me Sofi, and he couldn’t say Sofi, so he would say Toty. Only the people from Barranquilla call me like that, so if you say Toty and I turn around, I’m always thinking I’m going to see someone from Barranquilla."

Sofia joins tennis star Venus Williams in running a sunscreen brand. She also continues to promote her Walmart clothing and Foster Grant eyewear collabs.
