Cynthia Bailey's former beau, Peter Thomas, was recently arrested on DUI charges but should have probably been booked for an extra offense — being handsome in a mugshot.
The TV personality, best known for starring on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" with his ex-wife, kept his good looks in his booking photograph. This is not Thomas's first photo op with the law, as he previously served his fresh looks in a 2019 mugshot.

The reality TV star was booked on multiple charges after authorities picked him up for driving under the influence in Cobb County, GA. The additional charges include driving without a license, not having proof of insurance, failure to maintain lane, expired/no tag, and violation of a traffic control device.
Despite the severity of the charges against him, Thomas remained composed while posing for a mugshot. The entertainer's signature silver fox looks were on full display, with his dyed beard and rugged charm easily fooling viewers into thinking this was a regular photo op.
After slaying his mugshot, Thomas was released the same day on a nearly $3,000 bail, according to his booking sheet. A judge also decreed that the 63-year-old is prohibited from drinking alcohol and ingesting marijuana.
Additionally, the entertainer must submit to random drug and alcohol testing at his own cost and cannot possess any firearms. As stated, he is no stranger to the law after previously getting arrested in 2019 on a fugitive warrant.
At the time, authorities revealed Thomas had spent the night in jail after he was arrested at Miami International Airport. He had a warrant issued from Louisiana, where he was accused of writing fraudulent checks.
In an official statement, the "RHOA" star vehemently denied the allegations, declaring he would be "acquitted from any wrongdoing." However, Thomas still had to take a mugshot per the booking procedure. Like his latest police photograph, he left no crumbs in the picture, serving a fresh face look for the camera.
Cynthia Bailey Sued Peter Thomas Over An Unpaid Loan
A year after his 2019 run-in with authorities over the alleged fraudulent checks, Thomas faced another legal drama with his ex-wife. Bailey sued him for $170,000, claiming she loaned him the amount to purchase an Atlanta property.
She filed the lawsuit in September 2020 at a Georgia court, noting her ex-husband agreed to pay back the loan within 36 months. However, Thomas failed to fulfill the terms of their agreement and has taken possession of the property despite failing to pay his debt.
"Defendant has breached the parties Agreement and is in default under the Promissory Note and owes the Plaintiff One Hundred and Seventy Thousand ($170,000.00) Dollars in principal, plus interests from May 27, 2020, until the note is paid," Bailey noted in her court document.
She requested the court to foreclose Thomas's home so she could collect the money she was owed and argued that her ex needed to cover her attorney fees. The lawsuit came three years after the former couple finalized their nasty divorce.
Peter Thomas Supported Cynthia Bailey Following Her Second Divorce
After finalizing her divorce from Thomas in 2017, Bailey remarried Mike Hill in an intimate ceremony in 2020. Unfortunately, the lovebirds called it quits two years later, with the news sparking an unexpected reunion with her ex.
The reality TV star addressed her life after separating from Hill during her appearance at BravoCon 2022. She revealed Thomas had contacted her following the news, offering his support and well wishes. Recalling their conversation, Bailey said:
"Peter reached out to me. He said he just wishes me the best. He told me I was a queen and that I deserve the best, so that was really, really nice."
Thomas's supportive gesture seemingly proved the former couple's rocky relationship had become water under the bridge. The duo were married for seven years, with most of their romance playing out in front of fans on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."
Their dynamic allegedly soured with Bailey being bitter about Thomas having more failed businesses than successful ones and him struggling to pay back the money he borrowed from her to get out from under the sinking bar and lounge.
