Commencing her exercise routine at 5 a.m. each morning, Bündchen prioritizes physical activity as an integral part of her daily routine.

"Moving is just part of my every day," the mom of two told Women's Health. "Walking is underestimated… I always want to make sure that every day, I'm doing something in nature. Because I'm very intense and I go hard, the rest is extremely important."

"I always say let thy food be your medicine because I also think food is very important. If you eat a bunch of greasy food, it's going be hard to have really good skin," she said. "The more you eat your vegetables, that's going to reflect in your skin."

"Because beauty is not limited to what you put on the surface of the skin, but also what you decide to bring to your body and your mind. And then there is love, the love that we have for ourselves and for others."
