Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet have settled their divorce, and the "Aquaman" star and his ex-wife have agreed on custody and dividing their assets.

In the new court documents obtained by The Blast, Bonnet and Momoa have both agreed to joint physical and legal custody of their children.

As we reported, Bonet filed for divorce, and word of their settlement came just hours after the initial filing.

Hollywood star Momoa and Bonet have settled their divorce, and their agreement entails that both will have joint custody of their children: daughter Lola, 16, and son Nokoa-Wolf, 15.

According to the filing, the former couple entered into a written marital settlement agreement on January 5, 2023.

"Based upon the division of assets and income as agreed by the parties in the [settlement], the parties shall share the living expenses of the minor children, and neither party shall pay child support to the other," the documents read. "If the minor children, or either of them, are traveling or vacationing with one of the parties, that party shall be responsible for the children's expenses for such trips."

The court document also states that the former couple has "waived the right" to seek or receive spousal support from one another.

It reads, "[Bonet] and [Momoa] each forever waive the right to seek or receive spousal support from the other, in light of the financial agreements between them as provided in the [settlement] with respect to their division of assets and income."

"Such waiver of support is permanent and final and no court anywhere ever shall have the power or jurisdiction to award spousal support in favor of either party. Neither [Bonet] nor [Momoa] shall ever be entitled to an order from any court for spousal support, regardless of any future change of circumstances relating to their respective health or financial condition," the court document further read.

The Former Couple Announced Their Split In 2022

The couple's divorce occurred more than a year after publicly announcing they were breaking up.

"We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding and our family is no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring. And so we share our Family news that we are parting ways in marriage," a statement at the time read.

Momoa and Bonet added that they were sharing the news "not because we think it's newsworthy but so that as we go about our lives, we may do so with dignity and honesty."

The former couple continued in their statement, "The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived. We free each other to be who we are learning to become. Our [is] devotion unwavering to this sacred life our children. Teaching our children what's possible. Living the Prayer. May Love Prevail."

As for the divorce, both parties will be officially and legally single as of today, January 9, 2023.
