Brooke Burke In Skimpy Ocean Bikini Enjoys 'Salt Water Therapy'

Brooke Burke has been splashing around ocean waters and flaunting her sensational figure in a skimpy bikini as she reminds everyone just why she's in the fitness industry. The Wild On! alum put her jaw-dropping bikini body on display earlier today while enjoying a New Year's vacation in Costa Rica, and it looked like she was 100% up for immersing herself in nature. Having the time of her life in the ocean, the 52-year-old soaked up all that mother nature has to offer, also showcasing her mean workout body in her tiny two-piece. Fans have left the Brooke Burke Body founder plenty of Instagram comments, with one fan even telling her that's she's "beautiful anywhere."

Sharing both a still image and video footage, the former TV star highlighted her shredded abs and toned legs as she modeled a tiny striped bikini in rusty red tones with contrasting white piping. Opting for a skintight finish as she rocked her triangle top and cute matching bottoms, Brooke drew attention to her tiny waist and buns of steel in her opening slide, one seeing her lifting her arms high above her head.

Going cheeky in her skimpy bottoms, Brooke also turned heads with her pert rear as she took in ocean spray and wore her locks soaking wet.

In a swipe right, Brooke got active as she waded through ocean waters thigh-deep. Topping up her tan as she casually made her way through the water, the fitness lover once again wowed her fans with her abs, particularly when she eventually turned to face the camera.

"Salt water therapy," a caption read. A geotag, meanwhile, placed the star in the Central American destination of Costa Rica. "I love the cold ocean water early in the morning!" one fan replied. "Stunning," another follower wrote.

The above photo received plenty of positive feedback back in November 2023. Going summery in a tight yellow swimsuit with thin straps, Brooke thrilled her fans with her gorgeous looks, also flashing a massive smile as she made it a Hot Girl Summer in winter. "Winter vibes | feels like summer ? ?," she wrote to caption her breezy outdoor snap.

The regular workouts are all over Brooke's social media, but the star's feed doesn't show how or what she eats.

Brooke is into intermittent fasting, a lifestyle that involves eating during fixed windows and fasting for the rest of time.

"It’s a simple yet powerful concept: confine eating to an 8-hour window and fast for the remaining 16 hours of the day," Brooke has revealed. "For example, if you eat dinner at 7 pm, your next meal will be at 11:00 am the next morning," the Pilates lover continued.
