Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd have settled their divorce after more than three months of battling it out in court.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the ex-couple is agreeing to not pay each other any spousal support because of the ironclad prenup agreement in place. However, the country singer will cough out some money to Hurd in child support payments for their three-year-old son.

Morris and Hurd entered a "written marital dissolution agreement" to finally go their separate ways and it includes their properties and assets being split according to the terms of their February 2018 prenuptial agreement.

In the agreement, both parties agree they will be waiving their right to receive alimony/spousal support from the other. As for the custody of their minor son, Hayes, Hurd and Morris agreed to have joint custody and each have 182.5 days annually with their son.

The "80s Mercedes" singer was ordered to pay Hurd $2,100 monthly in child support payments on the basis of their gross monthly income. The document listed Morris's monthly gross income as $210,534 and that of Hurd's as $41,666.67.

In addition, Morris will have custody of their son on holidays that fall on Even numbered days while Hurd will have their three-year-old on Odd numbered holiday days. The same conditions shall apply for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Spring Break, and Summer vacation.

Major decisions about religion, education, extracurricular activities, and non-emergency health care pertaining to Hayes shall be handled jointly. Finally, Hurd and Morris agreed to "behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced."

Recall that Morris and her songwriter ex-husband called it quits in October after five years of marriage. She cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split.

Morris and Hurd first collaborated in 2014 to co-write Tim McGraw's hit song "Last Turn Home," before officially starting a romantic relationship the following year. The pair got engaged two years later, and in 2018, they tied the knot in Nashville in an intimate ceremony.

For most of their marriage, Hurd and Morris were long-distance, and the "Drunk Girls Don't Cry" songstress never shied away from speaking about the challenges.

During a 2019 interview, the award-winning singer praised Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, for inspiring her with their long-distance relationship. "I’ve learned so much from Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman. They’ve got the two-week rule…," she explained.

Last month, Morris for the first time broke her silence about her divorce during an appearance on "The Howard Stern Show." When host Stern asked about the mental health journey that inspired Morris' recent hairstyle change to a short bob, the "My Church" singer answered:

"I cut all the trauma out of my hair. I think this year has — for a lot of people, not just me — just a lot of people that are close to me have gone through it. I've known so many people that have gone through breakups or divorces."

As for her dating life now that she is a single woman, Morris explained that she is not looking for a new man. "I would like this to sort of wrap up," the Grammy winner said about her breakup. "I don't have the headspace for that yet. But I'm writing so much right now, that's kind of been my way of dating is just through song."
