Demi Rose Plays Tennis In Cheeky Bikini And Pigtails

Demi Rose proved that you don't have to be Kim Kardashian to make a headline for playing tennis in swimwear back in 2022. In May of that year, the British model showcased her sensational figure in a tiny white two-piece as she hit the court, showing off her jaw-dropping curves in two snapshots and thrilling her Instagram followers.

Opening with a cheeky rear view, Demi got busy with her outdoor workout, even wearing all white as she threw up a ball and got busy playing tennis. Adding cute touches to her sexy outfit via a pigtail hairdo, the 28-year-old told fans that "practice makes perfect," also gaining over 600,000 likes for her share.

Flashing her world-famous rear as she rocked a white thong pair of bikini bottoms, the stunner also showed off her shapely legs and waistline as she added in a stringy, halter white top to match.

Completing her look with white Nike socks and sneakers, Demi soaked up rays on a gorgeous sunny day, but there was more to come.

In a swipe right, Demi returned facing the camera and a little on tip-toe. Showing off more of her enviable figure, the curvy bombshell highlighted her killer cleavage and flat stomach as she held up her racquet, also flaunting more of that golden tan. Wearing shades and her hair in bunches, Demi told fans: "Practice makes perfect" in her caption.

Proving that she's happy to switch up her workouts, Demi also thrilled fans with the above post, one showing her stretching herself out for a poolside yoga session. In the 2021 share, the bikini bombshell modeled a skintight, lavender-colored bodysuit with a thong design, showing off her booty and her legs and even getting pretty flexible in her second slide.

"Stretches," Rose captioned the photos as she also tagged herself in Ibiza, Spain.

Demi has opened up about her diet and wellness. Speaking to Daily Mail, she revealed:

"My figure just gains weight so fast. Any bad thing I eat my body isn't used to it and just puts on the weight. That means no birthday cake!... All I've eaten today is nuts. I've managed to eat a whole pot. I feel guilty as there's a lot of fat in the nuts. That's my treat! So I'm happy." Demi once suffered from an eating disorder, but is now happy, healthy, and recovered.
