Posing from a hot pink ledge while dangling her legs in a swimming pool, Demi showcased her sensational figure in a printed, backless bikini, also showing some cheek as she flaunted her killer figure. Lovato has made headlines for openly addressing her past eating disorder battles and body image issues. Here, the "Confident" singer was showing what confidence looks like.
