'Vanderpump Rules' Star Ariana Madix Suing Tom Sandoval To Force Sale Of L.A. Home

'Vanderpump Rules' star Ariana Madix is launching a legal battle with ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval, for ownership of their Los Angeles home.

In new documents, obtained by The Blast, the reality television star wants to sell the L.A. home, which consists of five bedrooms and six bathrooms, however, Sandoval does not.  As a result, Madix is asking the court to force Sandoval to allow the sale of her half of the home.

As you know, the former couple kept living together for a time, despite breaking up months ago due to a cheating scandal.

In the filing, Madix is asking for a "partition" sale of the home with the proceeds going to pay off debt associated with the property and the rest to her.

There are several ways to win a partition lawsuit, meaning Madix can win in court if they allow:

• Selling your equity at a fair price.
• Selling the house on the open market.
• Receiving compensation for money put into the home.
• Renting the property.
• Keeping the property for yourself and buying out the other co-owners.

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval were dating for nine years before the 'Vanderpump Rules' found out that Tom Sandoval had a months-long affair with their friend and costar Raquel Leviss. After she found out, Madix called it quits, however, the two are still living together in their Los Angeles home, which they purchased together in 2019.

Now that the two have been broken up for months, the 'Dancing With the Stars' alum says she wants to sell the home, however, Sandoval does not. Because of this, Madix is going after Sandoval in an attempt to force him to sell his half of the home.

After the split, Madix spoke out against the fans who claimed she was "harassing my ex to get the f--- out of the house he wrecked."

“I pay a mortgage right, it’s expensive. I have a lot of places that money has to go before I get to just be like Scrooge McDuck," Madix said, adding, "I am not rich, I do not have millions of dollars and I’m also not going to squander my financial future and stability by putting myself in a position to f--- myself over for the rest of my life because somebody else f---ed up.”

She then said, “I have a pretty decent little set up: I stay in my room or I go in the kitchen if I have to. My room is kind of like a little apartment right, I don’t see him, I don’t interact with him and I stay in my own little zone. I’m busy, I’ve got a lot going on.”

Ariana Madix recently spoke out on the stress of living with Tom, saying, “I have to say, him staying out late all the time was always something that really made my anxiety super, super bad — never knowing when he was going to come in the door, never knowing how late he’s going to stay out," she said, per PEOPLE.

Adding, "He’d say he’s going to be out until 12, and then it's two or three and he’s still out. I couldn’t sleep.”

She continued, “I sleep a lot easier at night not giving a f--- about when he’s coming in that door. Yes, we’re in the same house but I don’t have to think, ‘He’s coming in my bedroom’ — because he’s not."

"I sleep with my door locked, just in case," she concluded.

The decision in now up to a judge.
