Fitness Trainer Lindsey Gordon In Tight Undies Brings 2024 Motivation

Model Lindsey Gordon is ready to start off 2024 on a high note!

The personal trainer often shares workout advice and motivation with her Instagram followers and did not leave much to the imagination with her latest share!

Lindsey’s first Instagram post of 2024 was a selfie that she snapped featuring her posing barefoot in front of the mirror wearing a long-sleeve striped crop top and black panties. A geotag placed her in Los Angeles, California. In her lengthy caption, she gave her fans some advice for the new year. "It’s really that simple you guys!! EVERYONE starts SOMEWHERE," she wrote. "It doesn’t matter where you start, just as long as you START! Take that step forward and begin one of the most rewarding journeys there is to be had in this life."

"I am so incredibly passionate about fitness and its direct correlation to both mental & physical health," she continued. "Most people are under the impression that all gym goers are in the gym solely because they want to improve their physical appearance. While that may be true for some, it’s certainly not the case for all. The self-confidence & mental strength that comes from pushing yourself to the limits is the most powerful thing that can come from being dedicated to the gym."

"The way I’ve seen that in my own journey as well as my clients' journeys truly fills my heart with joy and gives me so much purpose on this earth. I know God created me to motivate, inspire, & lead people to success so that’s exactly what I will continue to do. Taking the first step is the hardest part, but nothing good ever comes easy. In another Instagram post, the social media sensation showed off her short new haircut and her fit figure in a one-piece bodysuit. She paired the look with a white headband, white socks, and white sneakers. “Workouts are so much more fun in a cute workout set,” she captioned a video set to Nicki Minaj’s “Pink Friday Girls.”

“You inspire me to spend money,” one fan teased. “You’re the cutest ever!!” another follower exclaimed. “I love this onesie,” a third fan chimed in. “I’m literally at the gym right now and I said, ‘She’s so cute,’” another follower shared while plenty of fans praised her “cute” and “beautiful” gym fit. Other fans asked her where they could get the one-piece workout set for themselves, but Lindsey did not reply... yet!

A few days into the new year, the popular model put her fit figure on display in a pair of skintight green leggings and a white sports bra. She shared three photos of her posing from the back, including one photo that featured her flexing at the end of the carousel. Her back muscles could be seen rippling beneath her tanned skin as she held up her arms by her face, showing off her biceps.

“Trusting the process involves having faith in the journey, focusing on the present, and being patient as you work towards your goals. Break down tasks into smaller steps, celebrate progress, and stay committed despite challenges,” Lindsey wrote in the caption. Fans loved her post, with one follower writing, “You definitely practice what you preach because you look amazing.”
