Jennifer Aniston Frees The Nipple In Impressive Spandex Workout

Jennifer Aniston wowed fans with her insanely toned figure as she debuted her global ambassador campaign for fitness brand Pvolve last year. The sitcom star, 54, turned heads with her shredded abs and sculpted arms in both photos and videos shared to her social media as she promoted her low-impact workout brand, also freeing the nipple in a skimpy spandex look. Workout her muscles as she embraced the brand's go-slow values, Jen gained instant praise as she showed off her super-fit body, and she's likely cashed in big-time by being the brand's face. BTS footage from her shoot was shared to both the Friends star's IG and the Pvolve one.

Scroll for the video. Showing off her moves as she made sure to feature Pvolve's fitness equipment, Jen flaunted her sensational silhouette in a skimpy, stretchy black sports bra. Flashing a little nipple through the fabrics, the Hollywood star added in a skintight pair of matching leggings, here showcasing her washboard abs.

Filmed indoors and from a studio with wooden floors, Jen got busy with arm resistance equipment as she wore black training gloves, with footage then switching to her doing mat work. Here, The Morning Show actress was seen on a square black mat with white piping as she squatted a little while once again working her arms.

Jen was further filmed in glam footage showing her on-set and with the camera crew visible. Looking ageless, the girl behind Rachel Green wore her light locks partially tied up, sticking to a healthy glow-effect look via sunkissed makeup.

"There are different fitness routines, depending on the day and depending on what I’m feeling. Basically, at least three or four days a week of working out is my ideal. And Pvolve is so fun because it never has to be the exact same thing, so it sort of keeps you on your toes, which is what I love," Aniston told Cosmo of her workout routine and how Pvolve works for her.

"I discovered it through my friend. Well, okay, so first of all, the pandemic happened. We didn’t see anybody for a long time. I then saw my friend, and her entire body had changed," she added.

Aniston continues to turn heads as she hits her mid-fifties, and fans can't believe how good she looks for her age.
