Jennifer Lopez In String Bikini Confirms She's 'Relaxed & Recharged'

Jennifer Lopez's fans largely seem to think that her "relaxed and recharged" bikini selfie is one of her best to date. In February 2020, the 54-year-old pop singer updated her Instagram from lockdown, showing off her jaw-dropping figure in a tiny bikini and confirming that she'd hit peak self-care mode. Flaunting her famous muscles and curves, JLo sizzled in a white two-piece as she posed in front of a mirror, also making headlines for going makeup-free. Ditching the glam as she posed from her swanky bathroom and backed by large windows, the American Idol host gained over 8 million likes for the post, one still gaining comments three years later.

Flaunting her sculpted abs and toned waistline, JLo snapped her selfie amid shelved items and backed by glass doors opening onto greenery.

Possibly post-workout, the fitness fanatic stripped down to a halterneck white bikini with a stringy finish, going plunging at the neckline and high-cut at the bottoms. Rocking a top knot bun as she hit pause on the blow-outs, Lopez also showed off her fresh-faced glow as she stunned the camera.

In a caption, JLo wrote: "Relaxed and recharged." Celebrity likes have come in from reality stars Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian, actress Priyanka Chopra, plus reality star Lisa Rinna.

"Stunningly beautiful," one fan replied. Others, meanwhile, flooded the comments section with fire and heart emoji. Lopez is regularly photographed hitting up workout sessions in L.A. She also hits the gym super early at home.

JLo has opened up about her fitness regimen.

"Very rarely will I skip my workout," she revealed to UsWeekly. "Sometimes, I work too late the night before and I'm like, 'Ugh, I can't do this.' But I tell myself, 'Just do it. It's only an hour.' It's just talking yourself off the ledge of being a lazy bum."

Of her famous figure, the Latina continued: "I don't have a favorite feature [of my body]…but when you do a song like 'Booty,' you'd better own it!"

JLo busts out gym moves on a daily basis, but she also burns off calories via her intensive dance sessions, and that includes her music videos.

JLo uses her figure to promote a healthy body image and inclusivity, but she's likewise cashing in on it. Sharing the above photo to her JLo Beauty brand's Instagram on March 13, the mom of two posed back to the camera while modeling a backless, G-string bodysuit in black.
