Gypsy Rose Blanchard is looking to the future, which she says will include kids with her husband, Ryan Anderson.

Gypsy and Ryan wed during a prison ceremony last June, and now that she is released from prison, she plans to move in with him and wants a family, despite the "hard conversations" she will need to have with her kids.

"We're in love," Gypsy said regarding her and Ryan before her prison release. But also, "It's hard because I'm going into a new life and I'm newly married, and I'm going to have kids one day, and I'm going to have to explain to my kids why their grandmother on mommy's side isn't around. And that's going to be a really hard conversation."

Gypsy Rose had suffered years of abuse from her mom, Dee Dee Blanchard, who lied about Gypsy's medical history, and convinced her she had to be in a wheelchair and utilize a feeding tube.

When thinking about her future, and how she will manage having children, Gypsy says one thing she knows she won't do is abuse her family like Dee Dee Blanchard abused her.

"Whenever someone says, 'Do you think that because of what you went through, you're going to do that to your kids?' I say, 'You know what? Absolutely not.'" Gypsy admitted to PEOPLE. "I have learned what not to do. I have no concerns about my parenting when it comes to that."

Gypsy Rose has gone through therapy and self-reflection to cope and move on with her life following the years of abuse she endured and the co-conspiracy of murdering her mother.

The now 32-year-old, who spent the last seven years in prison, also admitted:

"If I had another chance to redo everything, I don’t know if I would go back to when I was a child and tell my aunts and uncles that I’m not sick and mommy makes me sick, or, if I would travel back to just the point of that conversation with Nick [Godejohn] and tell him, ‘You know what, I’m going to go tell the police everything.’ I kind of struggle with that.”

Nicholas Godejohn was Gypsy's boyfriend at the time, who helped her murder Dee Dee Blanchard.

Gypsy Rose Marries Ryan Anderson In Prison Wedding

Gypsy and Nicholas have since separated, and Gypsy is now married to Ryan Anderson, whom she says "has been an emotional backbone for the last three years."

Regarding her marriage, she told the outlet, "I don't foresee any major hardships. I think this, being in prison, has been the hard part. I think when I'm at home with my family, with my husband's arms around me and I'm surrounded by my loved ones, that is when I will be happy."

Gypsy Rose Blanchard was released on parole on Thursday, December 28, following seven years in prison for her connection n the murder of her mom, Dee Dee Blanchard.
