The drama surrounding Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, continues amid the festive season.
The duo, who live together despite their marital woes, did not celebrate Christmas as a united family. According to Biermann's lawyer, the doting mother spent money on the former couple's children instead of spending quality time with them.
Kim Zolciak Splurges On Christmas Gifts For Her Kids While Kroy Biermann Makes Memories
Biermann's attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, has a bone to pick with her client's estranged wife over their separated holiday celebrations. She bashed Zolciak for splurging on gifts for the children while praising the patriarch for choosing to bless the kids with the "gift of time."
"Kim offered the children material stuff. Kroy opted for creating Christmas memories," Bergstrom revealed in a statement, implying "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star did not spend quality time with her kids. In her words:
"The children and Kroy spent the whole day together; they went to church, and then Kroy prepared a wonderful Christmas dinner that they all shared as a family."
Biermann's legal representative noted the touching family moments did not include Zolciak, who she continued shading in her statement to PageSix. Bergstrom could not fathom why the mother of six thought gifts outweighed sharing a harmonious moment with her loved ones.

The attorney stressed that everyone enjoyed Christmas as a united team, "All except Kim, who, after the children opened their presents, spent the rest of the day in her living space in the basement of the couples' home."
Biermann's lawyer's beef with Zolciak over the presents may have something to do with the former couple's alleged financial woes. Multiple sources claimed the duo sold more of their belongings to buy presents for their children — Kroy Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane.
While the estranged pair share four children, Zolciak has two daughters, Brielle and Ariana, from a previous relationship. This Christmas marked the former couple's first merry season since Biermann refiled for divorce months earlier, and the drama comes weeks after their latest domestic dispute.
Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann's Child Forced To Call Authorities During Heated Fight
Since their dissolved union made waves, the former couple have been embroiled in numerous domestic incidents, with authorities rushing to their upscale Georgia home. However, in November, cops visited the pair's residence after receiving a 911 call from one of their kid.
The incident occurred at night following a heated fight between the parents, of which the cause remains unknown. Reports specified that the dispute began as an argument that became a full-blown confrontation and caused their child to cry for help.
Three officers and a supervisor responded to the kid's call and de-escalated the situation, which reports described as "extremely loud." As stated, this incident marked one in many domestic disputes, as Zolciak previously called cops on Biermann for locking her out of their bedroom.
In another incident, the former Bravo star told authorities that she didn't feel safe at home. She may not have to worry about living with her estranged husband in their Georgia mansion for a long time, with the property on the market for $5,500,000.
The Estranged Couple Cut The Price Of Their Listed Georgia Home
Days earlier, the ex-couple's Georgia home's asking price changed to $5,500,000 after they listed the upscale property for $6 million two months ago. Their financial woes seemed to have caused them to slash the original asking price by $500,000.
However, the effectiveness of this change remains to be seen, given the current sluggishness in the housing market and relatively high-interest rates. The duo's Georgia home is a two-story, seven-bedroom, and 11-bathroom Milton house.
In his divorce documents, Biermann noted that the former spouses urgently needed to sell the home, citing dire financial circumstances for him and Zolciak. An excerpt from the filing stated:
"The only asset they currently own with equity is the marital residence. The mortgage is held in the petitioner's name. However, it is set to be foreclosed in November."
The documents continued: "The current living situation is unsustainable and is detrimental to the mental and emotional health of the minor children. If the marital residence is sold, it will afford both parties enough income to secure their residences, thus taking the children out of the toxic environment."
