The Princess of Wales was recently faced with controversy after author Omid Scobie's book "Endgame" portrayed her as "cold" toward Meghan. A Dutch translation also implicated her, along with King Charles, in alleged discussions about Prince Archie's skin color.

Speaking to the outlet, royal author Valentine Low revealed that Kate is known for her resilience behind the scenes, unlike her "nice" public persona.

"She has this public image of being nice and smiley and, dare I say, innocuous," he said. "But she is actually strong-minded, strong-willed, and prepared to fight for what she wants and what she thinks."

Low also revealed that after Harry and Meghan's revealing interview in 2021, where concerns about Archie's skin color were raised, Kate played a pivotal role in crafting the statement about there being varied recollections.

"She thought it was very important this did not go unchallenged. She showed real strength and determination to make things clear that there was perhaps a different truth," Low shared, per People. "Kate thinks strategically... She is going to be queen one day and has the long-term interests of the monarchy and royal family at heart."
