Model Senada Greca knows that the holiday season is all about a balance of indulging in Christmas treats while also preparing to get in shape for the new year.

Senada Greca Shares An At-Home Workout From Candy Cane Lane!
The Zentoa founder was dressed in a white tank top along with festive shorts and foot warmers as she led her followers through a full-body workout. The first exercise was 3 sets of 12 reps of crunches with a chest press. She used green dumbbells to keep up the festive theme.
The second exercise was a squat with a front raise to reverse fly. She did three sets of 12 reps for this exercise while her dog, dressed in a festive red jacket, sat beside her the whole time. The third exercise was a reverse lunge with a curl to press, alternating each side. She did 3 sets of 12 reps for this exercise as well.
For the fourth exercise, she did Romanian Deadlifts to a squat clean. Again, this was done for 3 sets of 12 reps. The fifth exercise was 3 sets of 12 reps of push-up to plank jacks. The sixth and final exercise was 3 sets of 12 reps of bear stance rows.
She set the music in this video to Sia’s “Candy Cane Lane.” In the caption, she wrote, “A little light and lighthearted Full Body Workout - get a bit of movement in this holiday season with this little sweat session. Have an amazing Holiday Season, beautiful souls.”

Many fans loved her workout, but were much more interested in her pet pooch! “Love the outfits! Your partner needs to step it up though. Too much resting for that one,” one fan joked. “Not sure what’s cuter… the ankle socks or the dog,” another follower agreed. “Amazing exercises but that dog is too adorable,” a third fan gushed.
“This is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen,” another follower wrote. “Not him holding your legs down while you do sit-ups,” another fan commented. “Everything about this is cute! Happy holidays to you and your super cute workout buddy. Much love from Canada!” another follower exclaimed.

Although she has a new WeRise app that she just released a few days ago to replace her Crush It app, she also shares plenty of workouts for free on her Instagram page. In one recent workout, she grabbed a pair of plates to “bring out that warrior spirit” and did 4 sets of 8-12 reps of seven different exercises that she modeled throughout her carousel.
“Superhero Full Body Workout - an amazing workout no matter the weights you use. Feel free to switch to kettlebells or dumbbells. Make sure to Save and Share with your besties,” she wrote in the caption. Many fans expressed that they were interested in trying the exercise for themselves, but were concerned that their knees would “explode.”

I search for them in songs, books, and movies, and at times I come up with them myself… here’s one: Create the version of YOU that YOU are excited to embody. No one else but you will have to actually live in it.”
“Be who you are and say what you mean, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind,” one fan wrote. “Mine is: Nothing lasts forever,” another follower chimed in. “Showing up is half the battle,” a third fan shared. “The sunrise emits enough positivity to aid healing the harshest of times,” another follower wrote, prompting Senada to reply, “Beautifully said.”
