Gymnast McKayla Maroney In Bikini Shows Off Safe Sunbathe

Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney stunned fans as she slipped her athlete figure into swimwear back in 2021, but she wasn't taking any risks. Posting to her Glowy by McKayla wellness Instagram, the Gold Medal winner showed off her enviable figure in a tiny bikini, also telling fans that she was testing out a new method of sun protection.

Using her post to discuss skin health, McKayla showed off a "sun shield" visor she was using to protect her face from beating rays, with the photos also doubling up as a reminder of her fabulous silhouette. Sizzling in a blue bikini, McKayla made it a Hot Girl Summer from the get-go, but with this star, it's also a Safe Girl Summer.

Opening with a close-up selfie, McKayla flashed her cleavage in a two-tone bikini top as she rocked a plunging neckline. Backed by attractive red brick flooring and plants, the California native drew attention to her plastic visor, one creating a large shadow over her face and keeping the sun off her skin. Likely catching the eye of male fans was Maroney's swimsuit body, though.

In a swipe right, McKayla returned for a more chilled-out snap, posing from a lounger and in a candid moment as she held a blue cup. With the camera chopping off part of her face, the brunette showed off her killer figure in her piped two-piece, flaunting her flat stomach and toned legs while once again showing off her curves. Marking Independence Day, she wrote:

"Happy 4th of July!!! Hope everyone has an amazing Holiday weekend. I’ll be putting my sun shield to the test today. Have fun and stay safe! (That’s just water in my cup btw lol)."

Not long after her swimwear share, McKayla returned to her Glowy IG in a sporty look as she lay on her side. Modeling a silver spandex sports bra and matching leggings, the star lifted her shades as she highlighted her figure, writing: "Happy Sunday! Hope you’re having a good day wherever you are in the world. I just finished my morning workout! ?‍♀️Quick reminder to keep your squats low, and your standards high."

McKayla may have a leotard as her trademark look, but there's some serious style on her social media. In the above photo, she showed off her frame in chic white pants and a green shirt. Flicking her hair around as she added in statement shades, the gymnast told fans: "How I feel after I put on my tinted sunscreen, lipstick, gold hoop earrings, and some sunglasses. Plus eyelash extensions, and a fresh new manicure ? and I blow-dried my hair."
