Brooke Burke In String Bikini Goes 'Back To School'

Brooke Burke caught instant fan approval as she sizzled in a tiny string bikini while telling Instagram she was going "back to school" back in August. Looking jaw-dropping at 52 years old, the former TV star and workout guru reminded fans just why fitness is now her livelihood, with the post also promoting her Brooke Burke Body brand.
Showing off her toned figure in swimwear as she soaked up the sunshine, Brooke flaunted a mean set of muscles alongside her curves, and fans have left her over 7,000 likes. Enjoying a sun-drenched terrace space and even posing with a cocktail, Brooke made it summer fun, but there was work to be done!

All smiles as she opened backed by chic wicker furnishings and plump cushions, Brooke showcased her chiseled abs and toned legs alongside offering a cleavage flash as she modeled a skimpy two-piece.
Opting for a halter bathing suit in white, Brooke rocked a bikini top with red and blue stripes, although the bottoms only came with blue ones. Going classic-cut with low-rise bottoms, the Wild On! alum caught the eye with her trim waistline, also showing off a golden tan.

Brooke wore her locks down, curled, and unfussy, also accessorizing her swimwear via a light cream necklace, plus a chunky metallic bangle on one hand. Flashing her pearly whites, the stunner drove fans to swipe, where she returned in profile while showing some cheek and posed sipping away at a cocktail.
In the final slide, Brooke swept her hair back away from her face with one hand while facing the camera, showing off her jaw-dropping muscles as she grinned in the sunlight.

Brooke adores both cardio and resistance workouts, plus moves that channel Pilates exercises.
She's also massively into intermittent fasting, something that involves not eating or drinking anything but water, black tea, or coffee for a fixed period each day. While some skip dinner on IF, Brooke goes without breakfast.

"I’ll wake up and do coffee or a black tea. Sometimes I do bulletproof coffee, where I’ll put in the butter and the heavy cream, which I think is really good. We need fat, it’s all the things that we were trained not to do that really feed our brain and our skin, our hair. I do eat a lot of fat but I am pretty conscious of what I eat, I don’t eat processed food really at all," Brooke told Hollywood Life, adding that she'll kick off with a shake after her workout.
