Model Jen Selter loves to share fun recipes for her followers to whip up in a jiffy for pretty much any occasion.

It may be past the holiday season, but dip and spread recipes have become pretty sought-after online as individuals struggle to create the perfect charcuterie board.

Fortunately, Jen has a video to show her followers how to make a feta cheese dip with only five ingredients!

Buying cheese dip at the store can be a risky venture. It can be filled with unwanted sugar or preservatives. Fortunately, Jen has created an easy feta cheese dip recipe that can be created within minutes and enjoyed with any cracker or vegetable that you might have on hand.

In the video, Jen adds 8 ounces of drained block quality feta, ¾ cup of Greek yogurt, 1 zested lemon, and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into her BlendJet and mixes it all up. If the mixture seems too thick, Jen notes that more olive oil can be added as needed. She recommends topping it off with some pistachios or pine nuts for a bit of crunch!

In another Instagram video, Jen shared a look at her own charcuterie board in a video. There is an assortment of cheese, dips, and spreads on the plate. Salami-wrapped mozzarella sticks, green grapes, diced fruit, whole pecans, and sliced bread are only a few of the items seen on Jen’s massive spread.

“Charcuterie board isn’t complete without some @honeymamas in the mix! Find at your local @target,” she wrote in the caption as she plugged the brand. “You truly make the dreamiest boards,” the brand responded in the comments. “That is a well-served table,” another fan gushed while another follower exclaimed, “Dinner is served!”

Jen Selter Shares The Breakfast She Can Eat Everyday!

In another Instagram video, Jen donned a tie-dye hoodie as she led her followers through making her favorite breakfast. She topped a whole wheat muffin with almond milk cream cheese, an egg, tomato, and everything bagel seasoning. She added a bit of ketchup as well.

“I can eat this on repeat every day. A combo of a whole wheat muffin toasted topped with almond milk cream cheese, a cheesy egg, tomato, everything bagel seeds, and a hint of ketchup. This meal is my everyday obsession, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. So satisfying,” she wrote in the caption as fans showered the video with fire emojis.

Jen Shares Workout Inspiration Too!

Jen’s main Instagram page boasts 14.1 million Instagram followers. While she shares her recipe videos there as well, the popular fitness model also shares a lot more workout videos as well as motivational quotes and encouragement for followers to constantly push themselves to be better. In one post, she donned a blue Alo Yoga gym fit as she shared a few leg exercises that can “guarantee soreness.”

“Push yourself because no one else is going to do it for you! Try 4 sets of 12 reps for each move, and get ready to wobble your way through the week. Remember, the pain you feel today is the strength you’ll feel tomorrow. So go ahead and crush those Monday blues with a sweat session fammm,” she wrote in the caption.
