Fitness trainer Jen Selter is sharing her healthy homemade cinnamon toast crunch recipe with her followers!

It's safe to say that many of Jen's 14.2 million Instagram followers start the day off with cereal for breakfast, but the 30-year-old fitness trainer is helping fans reduce their sugar content first thing in the morning with a healthier version of their favorite childhood cereal!

Earlier this week, the popular fitness coach took to Instagram to share her recipe for cinnamon toast crunch. The social media sensation brushed a few whole wheat tortillas with melted coconut oil before stacking them on top of each other and cutting them into squares. After covering them in coconut sugar and cinnamon, she baked them at 350F for only five minutes to enjoy a sweet cereal for breakfast with much less sugar than the original version.

“A healthier Cinnamon Toast Crunch recipe you can whip up in 5 minutes … Who else was a cereal-for-breakfast kinda kid? Cinnamon Toast Crunch used to be my jam with a few others! But ya know, adulting for me means making healthier choices. So if you’ve ditched the sugary cereal but still get the craves, this one’s for you!” she wrote in the caption. “It’s childhood in a bowl, but make it healthy!”

Although some fans loved the recipe, others weren’t so sure that tortillas would mimic the crunch of the original version. “You’re out of your mind if you think I’m eating a tortilla as cereal,” one user commented.

Other fans loved the bloopers. “You should drop it again before putting it in the oven,” one follower wrote. “Hahaha I’m just as clumsy,” another fan admitted. “Can we get more blooper reels of you dropping things? That's the best part,” a third fan chimed in.

In addition to praising her Alo Yoga gym fit, other followers offered requests of what recipes they would like to see Jen make next. “Can you do a healthy Reese’s Puffs cereal?” one fan asked. “Oooh, good idea!!” Jen replied.

Jen Selter Worked Off A Late-Night Sugar Binge With An Intense Workout!

Only a few days before she shared her delicious cereal recipe, Jen admitted that she had suffered late-night sugar cravings. Although she did not get a good night’s sleep, she did turn the day around and crushed an intense workout with her very own brand of resistance bands.

“Happy Monday Fam!!” she wrote in the caption. “I had a bit of a slow start today. Those late-night sugar cravings got the best of me, and I went all-in at the kitchen, which left me tossing and turning all night. But you know what? It’s okay! I’m learning not to be too hard on myself when it comes to those slower mornings post-birth control with my body adjusting.”

“BUT– it’s never too late to turn the day around and make it a productive one!!” she continued, reminding her followers that “There’s no finish line in fitness. It’s a continuous process of growth, learning, and self-improvement.”

“Fitness isn’t just about reaching a specific goal or achieving a certain physique- it’s about building a healthier, happier version of yourself every single day. It’s about discovering what your body is capable of and pushing those boundaries,” she wrote.

“So, don’t stress over how quickly you reach your fitness goals. Instead, embrace the journey and enjoy the progress you make along the way. Remember, there’s no rush to the finish line because…. there isn’t one!” she concluded. “Keep showing up for YOU!”
