Diesel is being sued by a woman identified as Asta Jonasson. The filing, obtained by The Blast reveals that she was hired by the company One Race as an assistant for the actor in 2010, and her first assignment was to immediately travel to the location where the filming of "Fast Five" was taking place.

The document reads that "Ms. Jonasson quickly got to work, organizing parties and catering to Vin Diesel's demands, including staying in close physical proximity to Vin Diesel when he was at parties without his long-time girlfriend with whom he had children because, as he explained, it would provide him with cover if he was photographed with another woman."

It was during this period that Diesel allegedly assaulted the victim. Jonasson says she was "dutifully fulfilling her work duties, including ensuring no photographs were taken of Vin Diesel, who was entertaining multiple women in the Empire Suite of his luxury hotel."

During this event, Jonasson alleges that the actor was spending time with several women, and her duty was to usher him out of the hotel. When the last woman left, she was all alone with Diesel when he allegedly "groped her breasts, and kissed her."According to Jonasson, she "struggled continually to break free of his grasp, while repeatedly saying no."

Diesel was allegedly relentless during the assault despite Jonasson requesting him to stop.

"Vin Diesel escalated his assault, groped her body, dropped to his knees and pushed Ms. Jonasson's dress up, groped her legs, and attempted to pull down Ms. Jonasson's underwear," the legal document reads. "Terrified for her personal safety, Ms. Jonasson screamed and ran towards the nearby bathroom."

The "Saving Private Ryan" actor allegedly went after Jonasson, "pinned her against the wall with his body, and grabbed Ms. Jonasson's hand and placed it on his erect p----. Disgusted by being forced to touch his p----, Ms. Jonasson instantaneously withdrew her hand and again verbally refused him."

The document details graphically how an allegedly unrelenting Diesel proceeded to pleasure himself "while leaning against Ms. Jonasson and keeping her pinned to the wall with the left side of his body."

For her part, Jonasson was unable to escape and "closed her eyes, scared of angering" the movie star. At a point, she heard "groaning noises" from Diesel, who in turn "released" her and turned on the sink in the bathroom.

While exiting the room after the assault, Vin Diesel allegedly said to Jonasson who was frozen in shock, "No one can say s--- about Asta." The actor then "unexpectedly" returned to the room and asked Jonasson for his phone. She responded that it was in his pocket, to which Diesel replied, "Good Job," before finally leaving the hotel suite.

In the legal document, Jonasson claims she was immediately fired from her job by the president of One Race, Samantha Vincent, who also happens to be Diesel's sister. Jonasson says she was called by Vincent, who told her that the company didn't need "any extra help" and proceeded to terminate her.

"The message was clear," the legal document reads. "Ms. Jonasson was fired for courageously resisting Vin Diesel's sexual assault, Vin Diesel would be protected, and his sexual assault covered up."

The document further notes that Jonasson was afraid to speak up "against one of the world's highest-grossing actors, afraid she would be ostracized from the industry, which had a pattern of protecting powerful men and silencing survivors of sexual harassment and assault."

She was also worried that as a "green card holder," her chances of becoming a citizen would be jeopardized if she had come forward. But now, Jonasson has been emboldened by the #MeToo and Times Up movement and is "unwilling" to remain silent.

In her lawsuit, Jonasson is suing Diesel and One Race company for "compensatory damages and other special and general damages," including "lost earnings, salary, bonuses, and other job benefits" she would have received if it weren't for the alleged assault.

She is suing for "emotional distress damages," "Punitive and exemplary damages in an amount sufficient to punish [Diesel]" and deter him from "engaging in such conduct in the future."

Jonasson also requests "Statutory damages" and a "civil penalty of $10,000 for each violation of sections 98.6 and 1102.5 of the Labor Code." The alleged victim wants the actor to cover the cost of "attorneys' fees and costs incurred in this action."

The actor has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
