The latest installment of TLC's "Sister Wives" series sees a frustrated Kody Brown wishing for former wife Christine Brown to keep his name out of her mouth!

Unsurprisingly, the father-of-18 is tired of his ex-wife's criticisms, given the bombshell revelations she shared following her departure from their plural marriage. Now that she enjoys a monogamous relationship with her new husband, David Woolley, her ex cannot understand why she holds a grudge against him.

Kody Brown Implores Christine To Move On & Stop Pitting Their Children Against Him

When Christine decided to leave her polygamous marriage to Kody in 2021, she raised eyebrows about her ex-husband and his alleged favoritism for his only remaining wife, Robyn Brown. The couple's names continue to be a trending topic in her mouth, a phase her former beau hopes will end with her new marriage.

In the final episode of the" Sister Wives: One-on-One" special, the Brown family's patriarch aired his grievances about Christine's frequent rants. According to Kody, if the mother of six truly loves her new husband, she should be able to move forward without bad-mouthing him to their kids and viewers.

"What she did was wrong, and I'm happy for her and her life and that she's moving forward and that she's going to find love. I'm happy for that. But I cannot forgive ā€” at least not right now ā€” the fact that she has pit my children against me in a very subtle but real way that bothers me," Kody announced, adding:

"If she's really in love, which I hope is the real story, that should all end. Her trash-talking me to my children, her trash-talking me on this show, should all end. Because if she's in love, she should be over it."

Apart from Christine's criticisms, Kody had no problem with his ex-partner or her new husband. He met Woolley on Sunday's episode of the TLC series, an introduction fans didn't get to see, but the patriarch happily shared his thoughts about his former wife's beau.

"I met David for 15 minutes, had a conversation, a very mild, light conversation. He mostly talked with Robyn, and she thought he was very sweet," Kody confessed before saying, "Christine's chosen him, so I think it's a good match, but I know nothing."

As for Woolley's relationship with his ex-wife, the TV personality stressed that he would not believe the pair were genuinely in love if Christine didn't learn to keep his and Robyn's names out of her mouth. "She'll probably, and I hope, be a very good wife for David," he said before admitting:

"I would think that now that she's in love with David that, she should prove that out by never saying another mean thing about Robyn because that's when I'll believe Christine is in love, is when she doesn't have anything bad to say about Robyn or about me to our children."

Christine Brown's New Marriage Helped Her Understand Kody & Robyn's Romance

While Kody wants Christine to stop talking about his relationship with Robyn, she, on the other hand, cannot help but reflect on the duo's romance thanks to her marriage to Woolley. In the latest episode of "Sister Wives," the Plexus ambassador noted she understood her ex-husband better.

"I was standing in my kitchen, and I thought, this is how Kody feels about Robyn. How I feel about David is how Kody and Robyn feel about each other," Christine recalled. "Oh well, then I would never want to leave. I would never want to go to somebody else's house."

The mother of six wished Kody and Robyn well and hoped their happiness would eventually overshadow whatever anger the couple had against the rest of the family. In her words:

"They deserve to be happy. Go be happy with each other, for goodness sakes, be happy with each other. Let the rest of us go, let us go. Stop being angry. And then we can all get along again once you let it go and stop being mad."

Christine's words came weeks after Kody's shady blessings before she tied the knot to Woolley. On an episode of "Sister Wives," the patriarch bashed her for being a poor part of their polygamous family, saying: "She was a sā€” sister wife."

Kody noted Christine "never tried" and "was never there." He also implied she might better fit Woolley with the salty statement: "She'll probably, and I hope, be a very good wife for David."
