Cardi B will forever be with Offset wherever he goes because he just got her name inked into his neck.

The Migos rapper just showed off his new tattoo -- Cardi B's name underneath Buttercup from "The Powerpuff Girls."

The "Bodak Yellow" star has a thing for Buttercup, she even got a sick diamond chain last year dedicated to the animated action hero.

With all the rumors swirling around that Offset and Cardi B are in a rough patch -- the fresh body art is a sign that things are still rock solid.
