'Motley Crue'drummer Tommy Lee has been accused of sexual assault by a woman who claims the rocker attacked her 20 years ago.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by The Blast, the woman -- identified as Jane Doe -- says in February of 2003, she was lured under "false pretenses" to ride in Tommy Lee's personal helicopter. The 40-minute trip consisted of a ride from San Diego to Van Nuys, with his personal helicopter pilot.

In the filing, the woman claims after take-off the two men "consumed several alcoholic beverages, smoked marijuana, and snorted cocaine." She added, "Tommy Lee then proceeded to sexually assault [her] by forcibly groping, kissing, penetrating her with his fingers, and attempting to force her to perform oral copulation."

The woman claims she met Tommy's pilot while he was working in a San Deigo, California bank, and after becoming friends offered a ride in a helicopter. After accepting the invitation, the man -- David Martz -- unexpectedly changed the plans and flew to Van Nuys, CA. After landing, a man approached the aircraft and turned out to be Tommy Lee from the band, Motley Crue.

Minutes after takeoff, she claims Martz pulled out alcohol and began to mix drinks. She says she watched the two men drink and due drugs. The drummer allegedly asked for her to sit on his lap to get a better view from the cockpit, and she "acquiesced."

In the lawsuit, the woman says Lee began "groping and kissing" her as she tried pulling away. He began being "forceful" and attempted to force her head towards his genitals. The victim says she was sexually assaulted for the remainder of the ride.

Obviously, she had minimal mobility and pointed out she was unable to leave the cockpit. After the incident, Martz and the visiting travel by to San Diego, "in silence."

Following the incident, Martz was killed in a Cessna accident in August of 2015.

At this point, the victim claims she is suffering "shock, distress, humiliation, shame, and guilt."

"Those feelings, coupled with the fame of Lee and the climate of the music industry at the time (in which rock-n-roll star like Lee thrived and gained even further celebrity from salacious and hedonistic conduct) led her to believe that nothing would come from reporting Lee and Martz's conduct to local police authorities," the lawsuit reads.

The woman claims she is most likely not the only victim, with the two using the guise of a tour to "lure other women" into the situation to commit sexual assault.

As for damages, the lawsuit doesn't specify an amount of money. But, she claims the severe emotional distress and physical pain is "permanent."
