Rapper Kanye West is on the verge of releasing his next studio album but might face legal troubles over a song in the upcoming music project.

According to sources close to the famous boyband Backstreet Boys, West did not get their approval to create his own version of their hit song, "Everybody."

The song, which appears at the top of West's new album's tracklist, has received rave reviews from fans after he played a  snippet of it at his album launch event.

West's new album "Vulture" has yet to be released, but it is already courting controversy over a song that heavily samples the Backstreet Boys' "Everybody."

West's decision not to clear the song with the Backstreet Boys poses a major problem for him as he's expected to drop the highly anticipated album sometime this week and has already played it for an audience in Miami.

As reported by TMZ, it is unclear if West reached out to the Backstreet Boys and was turned away or if he just never bothered to ask for the band's permission to use one of their biggest hit songs ever.

The latest drama surrounding West comes after he put on a show in Miami for his upcoming album. The rapper had his kids and wife, Bianca Censori, in attendance as he wowed audience members with music from the music project.

At the event, Censori played mom to West's children, who were spotted surrounding her while making their way to the venue of the premiere of "Vultures."

Upon their arrival for the outing, Censori was seen gently holding the rapper's youngest daughter, Chicago, close to her chest, with her arms underneath the child's leg. On the other hand, Chicago wrapped her arms around the 28-year-old's neck. West and Saint followed closely, with the rapper's other children, North and Psalm.

In contrast to their recent public appearances, the controversial couple opted for a more modest fashion style while still exuding a quirky vibe.

The blonde bombshell paired a black faux leather jacket with bright red snakeskin-patterned heeled boots. Additionally, she donned a bandana with West's album name, "Vultures," written across it. Meanwhile, West chose to wear a black T-shirt and tracksuit bottoms, covering his face by wrapping a jumper around his head.

Fans Anticipate The Rapper's New Album

The anticipation for the rapper's new album is at an all-time high. Despite the backlash he suffered last year over his anti-Semitic remarks, West has gotten a lot of support for his new music from fans and loved ones.

His wife, Censori, reportedly defended him after backlash over offensive lyrics from a new track on his album, "Vultures."

The "Love Lockdown" rapper faced criticism recently for making derogatory remarks about Jewish people when snippet videos circulated of him singing: "How can I be anti-Semitic? I just f---- a Jewish b---," during a performance of the track.

Among West's critics was the American Jewish Committee, which condemned his remarks as "sad and pathetic" and deemed his actions "unforgivable," The organization expressed concern that such comments could increase anti-semitism, especially during a "fraught and dangerous time for the Jewish community."

Despite the backlash, Censori is said to be unbothered and believes that her husband's words were "taken out of context." Sources close to the duo also alleged that the rapper's wife had refuted the allegations of anti-Semitism that have seen her husband garner the ire of the public.

Amid all the drama, fans eagerly await the new body of work, with many taking to social media to share their excitement for new music from West.
