Tiffany Haddish Continues To Pay For DUI Arrest

The holiday season is going to be filled with virgin drinks for Haddish after a Georgia judge presiding over her case ordered her to avoid illegal drugs and alcohol last week. The decision came after prosecutors filed a petition concerning the terms of her bond for charges in California last month.

Prosecutors explicitly requested the inclusion of a provision stating that the "Girls Trip" actress is forbidden from consuming alcohol and must undergo weekly drug testing.

As per the ruling, Haddish is currently prohibited from consuming alcohol or using substances, including HEM products like CBD. The judge also specified that any prescription drugs must adhere to therapeutic limits.

In case you missed it, the Hollywood star was arrested on November 24 after police received a report about an individual sleeping in her Tesla in the middle of the street.

The Beverly Hills Police Department confirmed that officers approached Haddish and took her into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence. After spending several hours in custody, she was released upon posting a $1,666 bond.

While addressing the DUI incident, she detailed her busy Thanksgiving Day, commencing with providing meals to underprivileged individuals at The Laugh Factory before presenting a Holiday Special to onlookers.

She also enjoyed and danced to the tunes of the yacht rock band Yächtley Crëw during their performance at the El Rey Theatre, Los Angeles, as seen in an Instagram post. Though not explicitly discussing her alcohol consumption, Haddish seemingly took some accountability for her actions, expressing during an interview:

"I'm going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries."

She then unequivocally declared and assured that "this will never happen again." It is worth noting that Haddish had a previous arrest for falling asleep in a car after smoking weed in Georgia on January 14, 2022.

The case is still ongoing, as indicated in court documents obtained by RadarOnline.

Even though she limited the comment section, more than 4k people still flooded her with praise, with one person gushing, "Yaaaaaaaaas Cousin! You look amazing, and you sound amazing!!!! I love everything about this and YOU! Happy Birthday, Beautiful One!"

A second fan agreeably penned, "You do keep your promises, and we love you for that. You're so authentic and amazing.
