Gisele Bündchen Earns Warm Reception From Fans For Her Tips On Stress Management

On Tuesday, Gisele uploaded five images showing her in various relaxation and tranquil positions, starting with her standing yoga pose, requiring her to hold one foot with her hand. She donned a green two-piece that perfectly blended with the greenery behind her for the session.

Next, she is seen posing in nature surrounded by trees, plants, and grasses as a German Shepherd wagged its tongue beside her. The 43-year-old looked away from the camera, instead focusing on something above the ground and off-camera.

She then took her place on a mat, caught up in meditation with a flower placed delicately behind one ear before throwing her full smile at the camera while enjoying some Gaia Herbs from a container. In the final slide, Gisele is spotted on the beach holding a coconut with a straw as if to sip from it.

As it turned out, the pictures she chose for the post were not a coincidence as they tallied her message on managing stress. She began in her caption that partly read:

"Managing stress is part of life, and while we can't always control our circumstances, we can choose how we respond to them and try to find healthy ways to deal with it."

First on her list of suggestions was for her millions of followers to engage in a physical activity that "doesn't need to be weights at the gym." She asked them to "find something" they enjoyed whether it was dancing, yoga, running, or playing a sport.

"The important thing is getting your body moving so you can benefit from the release of endorphins," Gisele emphasized before moving on to her second tip — "Walk in nature." On that, she expressed that "Spending just 20 minutes a day connecting with nature can help lower stress and balance hormone levels."

"3- Meditation / Conscious breathing: Find a comfortable spot in a quiet place, focus on your breath, allow your mind and body to calm down," she continued.

Her last two tips included using herbal supplements such as Ashwagandha, which "can help improve the body's resilience to mental and physical stress," and eating a balanced diet devoid of "sugary, processed foods" and full of "more whole food that nourish your body."

As expected, her fans were appreciative of her efforts and they let her know in the comment section of the Instagram post. "Gisele, I love reading what you say. Really helps me. You are so wise," one wrote, as another effused, "Thanks for this mother! I'm about to change my life."
