Bre Tiesi has agreed to settle the lawsuit against Keshunna Latrice Parker, after claiming a car crash caused her to suffer a miscarriage.

According to new legal documents obtained by The Blast, the reality star has reached a settlement with the woman, who allegedly caused an accident that resulted in her losing the pregnancy.

The Blast broke the news of Tiesi filing the lawsuit last month, with her claiming in those papers that the person "operated their vehicle negligently and carelessly, proximately causing property damage and personal injury."

Bre Tiesi Reaches A Settlement In Ongoing Car Accident Lawsuit

The "Notice of settlement of the entire case" stipulates that Tiesi's agreement with Parker is conditional, noting, "The settlement agreement conditions dismissal of this matter on the satisfactory completion of specified terms that are not to be performed within 45 days of the settlement date."

The notice, which was submitted via mail on December 8, also states that a "request for dismissal will be filed no later than April 8, 2024," with the next case management conference scheduled for December 13.

Interestingly, the documents do not reveal an amount of money that might have changed hands. Also, in most car accident cases, there is insurance companies involved.

Last month, The Blast shared that the "Selling Sunset" star had suffered a miscarriage on July 30, 2021, after she got into a car crash in Burbank, California. In a recent filing for the case, Tiesi revealed that the situation was dire, leading to "serious injuries and damages." These included, but were not limited to, "physical injuries, the loss of an unborn child, costs of past and future medical treatment," as well as "pain and suffering," among "other consequential damages."

The reality star asserts that she was rear-ended on Burbank Boulevard, near the Warner Bros. Studios lot. The defendant confirmed a rear-end collision, pointing out "heavy frontal damages" to the car.

Tiesi further alleged Parker "failed to operate their vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner." Additionally, the woman acknowledged Tiesi's declaration of an "alleged miscarriage" following the accident.

It is important to note that it is unclear whether Tiesi was already with the father of her child, Nick Cannon, at the time of the incident. Currently, the lawsuit does not mention the father of the unborn child.

Regardless, Cannon and Tiesihad announced they were expecting their first child together in January 2022, just a few months after the accident. While revealing that they had been on-again-off-again for years, Tiesi expressed:

"I always came back. I just respect and love who he is so much as a person, that when I thought about, 'Do I want my son to be this person? Look at your characteristics, look at your personality, look at how you treat people.' That's what is so much more important to me than anything. And he treats me amazing, so that's all I look at."

Losing one's pregnancy is always traumatic, hopefully, Tiesi finds complete closure.

Tiesi Unpacked The Surprises Of Motherhood In A Podcast Update

In October, the 32-year-old opened up about the intensity of her postpartum journey that left her with minimal control over her mental state, emotions, and overall well-being.

During her time on the "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast, she stated that the challenging condition brought about a lot of confusion and raised many questions for her. In her words:

"You can't stop yourself, and I think that was what makes it so scary. Cause you're like, What's wrong with me? Like, nothing's wrong. Like, I have this beautiful baby. And why am I crying? And I don't cry. Like, what the hell's wrong with me?' Like, you just can't get it together."

Tiesi expressed her belief that society fails to adequately prepare women for the realities of childbirth, which, according to her, resulted in motherhood being sugar-coated with lies. She then said that people "don't really tell you how hard it is and everything that comes with it and all of that."

The real estate agent admitted that she thought she would "snap back immediately, mentally, physically, in all ways." However, between raising her son, Legendary Love, and filming season 6 of "Selling Sunset," the pressure just worsened. Tiesi explained:

"[I felt] the pressures of, like, being on TV and being like, 'What if I say something that f——g gets me canceled or ruins me or they edit it [poorly]?"

Despite the pressure, she stood strong, finding comfort in the support of Cannon, whom she described as a good man stepping up for their son.
