Joe Manganiello Makes Red Carpet Debut With New GF As Sofia Vergara Divorce Wraps

Joe Manganiello is not losing any sleep over his divorce from Sofia Vergara, thanks to his blossoming new relationship.

Months after the Hollywood hunk was spotted on a sweaty date with the younger actress Caitlin O'Connor, he took their romance to the next level by publicizing their relationship at a charity event.

Although the couple's love sprouted amid the actor's separation from his ex-wife, it appears their bond is getting stronger with time.

The new host of “Deal or No Deal: Island” flaunted his blossoming romance with O'Connor at the 20th-anniversary gala for the Children Of Armenia Fund in Cipriani, Manhattan. The event, aimed at improving the quality of life in rural Armenia, resonates deeply with Manganiello's roots from his mother's side.

Manganiello commemorated his achievement with O'Connor by his side, marking their red-carpet debut as a couple. For the event, the 46-year-old donned a dashing midnight blue suit, pewter gray tie, and smart black shoes. On the other hand, his partner opted for a colorful display in a green dress.

As seen in the pictures, the lovebirds radiated happiness with their bright smiles. Manganiello could barely take his hands off O'Connor, sweetly holding her waist and keeping her firmly by his side.

His touching display of affection comes five months after his separation from Vergara in July and three months after he was first linked to his younger girlfriend. At the time, the couple caused a stir on social media when they were spotted leaving a fitness building.

On September 13, paparazzi photographed the duo outside the Gold’s Gym in Venice, California, walking side by side and appearing “giddy” in the pictures. They donned casual ensembles for their sweaty date with Manganiello in army-print shorts and a white tank top illustrated with the words “Death Saves.”

O'Connor flaunted her toned physique in figure-hugging black leggings and a blue long-sleeve top. The pair left the fitness area in the actor's Cadillac SUV, proving their close relationship. Naturally, fans became curious about the entertainer's female friend.

Like his ex-wife, O'Connor is a member of the entertainment industry and has made a name for herself as a multi-hyphenate star. Last month, the “Modern Family” actress filed a declaration of disclosure in the case, telling the court she turned over all of her financial information to Manganiello. In most celebrity cases, this is the last filing before a settlement is reached, and the former spouses go their separate ways.

In the document, Vergara's legal team stated they emailed the information on November 8, 2023. This allowed for the possibility that the subsequent filing would be associated with the divorce settlement. It is essential to note that the Colombian entertainer and Manganiello have an iron-clad prenuptial agreement regarding their assets and properties.

While the finalization of their separation draws closer, the “Chasing Papi” star seems to have no hard feelings about the divorce. While reflecting on her new single status, Vergara described the journey with mixed emotions, saying:

“I’ve had a very interesting year. I don’t want to say ‘bad’ or anything like that, but it’s been very interesting and very difficult. I went through a divorce this year, the SAG strike that went on for so long.”

Vergara continued, “I’ve seen my friends struggle — some had to take their kids out of their schools or had problems with their mortgages, so it’s been a weird, weird year.“
