Former "GMA3" co-hosts Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are reportedly angry about their exes' romance making headlines just when they debuted their eponymous podcast.
The two were previously married to Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig, respectively, but split after their scandalous relationship was ousted last year.
It is understood that Shue and Fiebig have been dating for months and connected over their values and shared trauma from being cheated on.
Amy Robach Allegedly Thinks Andrew Shue Is 'Trying To Steal Her Thunder'
According to Page Six, Holmes and Robach are "angry" about their exes being in the news just when they debuted their eponymous podcast. We previously reported that the scandalous couple's former partners, Fiebig and Shue, are dating each other.
"They must be so angry! [The news] stomped all over their big podcast debut," said a source, while another claimed that the duo "will have to address the story because they will still want to keep themselves in the news."
Another insider told the news outlet that Robach "thinks her ex is trying to steal her thunder," and is "convinced he did this to coincide with the debut of her podcast."
However, this claim has been refuted by another source, who said that Shue's "private" persona makes it unlikely that he took revenge on Robach. "Andrew doesn't steal the spotlight," they said, "He's so private. That's not who he is."
Amy Robach & T.J. Holmes' Exes Connected Over Their Values
News of Shue and Fiebig being romantically involved took everyone by surprise, as there wasn't any indication all this time that the two were interested in each other.
The couple have reportedly been together for close to six months after falling for each other while navigating their respective breakups.
"It turned into something else, and they're connected over their values. It's bigger than the affair now," one source said, while another added, "They're not heartbroken and sad. Everyone has moved on."
Although Shue and Fiebig's relationship has been under the radar, recent reports have claimed that the new lovebirds knew themselves prior to splitting from Robach and Holmes.
A resurfaced Instagram post from Fiebig back in 2016 featured her taking a cute selfie with Shue. In the image, they could be seen pressing their faces together while smiling for the camera.
Fiebig added the caption, "Loved hanging out with our GMA family, especially @ajrobach and her hubby, @7_a_e_s_7, who we don't get to see nearly enough. #andrewshue."
What People Think About Robach And Holmes' Podcast
In the meantime, Robach and Holmes' podcast has reportedly not been as well received as they might have expected. Some insiders have claimed that even Robach's own friends aren't hyped about the podcast and feel she and Holmes are just lost in their own self-importance.
"The self-importance and the fascination with themselves and thinking everyone is [rooting for them] … it's just tone-deaf," a source said about the couple.
The podcast premiered on the first anniversary of Holmes and Robach being ousted from their long-running ABC News' "Good Morning America" anchor roles.
Although their exit from the organization was said to be by mutual agreement, it is believed that their scandalous relationship played a part in forcing the hands of their employers. The duo did leave with a hefty severance package as part of the agreement.

In the first episode of their podcast, Robach and Holmes broke their silence about their relationship and the aftermath of their dismissal from ABC.
The female anchor claimed that she felt like dying in the wake of the news of their romance swirling online, as it took her by surprise.
Meanwhile, Holmes said that on the day he and Robach were ousted from ABC, he went on a "vodka" drinking spree and also indulged himself with "weed edibles."
"That day was essentially me getting off work and pounding vodka," Holmes said. "I didn't stop for several hours and took who knows how many weed edibles."
During the podcast, the duo also reiterated that they did not cheat on their previous partners, saying that they were already involved in divorce proceedings at the time their romance got ousted.
