Diddy's reputation keeps taking a hit, as the music mogul has been sued for sexual assault for the fifth time since his ex-girlfriend Cassie brought forward her bombshell lawsuit.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the Bad Boys Record founder is being sued by a Jane Doe who claims Diddy "sex trafficked and gang raped" when she was just in the 11th grade.
The lawsuit claims the rapper performed "more egregious" actions than were brought by his prior victims.
Diddy Sued For Gang Rape & Sex Trafficking
In the filing, the victim, who has chosen to go by Jane Doe to protect her identity, alleged she was gang raped and sex trafficked by Diddy and his friends in 2003 when she was only 17.
The law firm Wigdor LLP filed the federal lawsuit on her behalf against Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, and Harve Pierre, the President of Mr. Combs’ company, Bad Boy Entertainment, and a "third assailant," as well.
The woman alleges in her complaint that "Mr. Pierre approached her at a lounge in Michigan, near to where she was living at the time, and told her that he was "best friends" with Mr. Combs. He proceeded to call Mr. Combs, who was in New York City."
During their chat on the phone, she claimed "Mr. Combs convinced her, who was half his age at the time, to accompany Mr. Pierre and the Third Assailant on a private jet to come to his studio in New York City." However, before boarding the private jet, "Mr. Pierre smoked crack cocaine in a bathroom at the lounge, in which he also sexually assaulted her by forcing her to give him oral sex."
Diddy Allegedly Forced His Rape Victim To Pinch Him
Once the trio had gotten to Diddy's studio, the filing claims "the defendants plied Ms. Doe with drugs and alcohol and viciously gang raped her, one after the other."
The document continued, "As the night wore on, the 17-year-old Ms. Doe became more and more inebriated, eventually to the point that she could not possibly have consented to have sex with anyone, much someone twice her age."
The plaintiff alleged that while Diddy was raping her, he complained that he could not "get off unless she pinched his nipples as hard as she could."
Afterward, "Mr. Pierre took his turn at raping Ms. Doe and then violently forced her to give him oral sex, during which Ms. Doe was choking and struggling to breathe. When Mr. Pierre finished, he left Ms. Doe in the bathroom alone. Ms. Doe fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor."
The document further stated, "Finally, after a period of time, Ms. Doe regained her bearings. However, she could barely stand up following the gang rape and had to be helped to walk out of the building and back into a car. She was taken back to an airport and flown back to Michigan."
Ms. Doe attached pictures of her meeting with Diddy that fateful night, but her face was blurred out. She claimed she has "lived with her memories of this fateful night for 20 years, during which time she has suffered extreme emotional distress that has impacted nearly every aspect of her life and personal relationships."
The plaintiff is seeking injunctive, declaratory, and monetary relief against the Defendants, claiming that "the amount in controversy in this matter exceeds $75,000."
In a statement to The Blast about the case, Douglas H. Wigdor, the founding partner of Wigdor LLP said: "As alleged in the complaint, Defendants preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved plying her with drugs and alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City where she was gang raped by the three individual defendants at Mr. Combs’ studio. The depravity of these abhorrent acts has, not surprisingly, scarred our client for life."
Diddy and his team have yet to respond to the allegations.
