Former "Jacka--" star Bam Margera has received approval for monitored visitation with his son, Phoenix, following his sobriety milestone. Supervised visits, facilitated by a professional, are scheduled for Southern California, where Phoenix lives with Margera's estranged wife, Nicole "Nikki" Boyd.
Despite plans for a Christmas reunion, specific dates are undisclosed. Margera, celebrating 100 days of sobriety, attributes visitation approval to his commitment to recovery, recognized by the overseeing judge.

According to TMZ, Margera, who recently achieved a milestone in his journey to sobriety, has received approval for monitored visitation with his young son, Phoenix, as revealed by David Glass, the attorney representing his estranged wife, Boyd.
Per the outlet, the stuntman's visits will be supervised by a professional when he is in Southern California, where Boyd resides with their child.
Although there are plans for Christmas reunions, specific dates for Margera to see Phoenix have not been communicated to him or his lawyer at this time.

Margera revealed to the outlet that he has been physically separated from his son Phoenix for over "200 days," and he is determined to reunite with him around Christmas, coinciding with Phoenix's birthday.
The "Haggard" actor expressed frustration, stating he had only been allowed FaceTime calls until now.
As reported by The Blast in August, Margera was previously granted the right to FaceTime his son for 20 minutes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and 30 minutes on Sundays. On the other hand, Boyd was given temporary custody of Phoenix.
He shared that he planned to fly to Los Angeles for an upcoming event and fully intends to spend quality time with Phoenix, bringing along a sack filled with presents, reportedly worth $5,000, that he has been unable to give due to ongoing legal complications.

Following the news of his milestone, Margera received a supportive video from Hollywood star Mark Wahlberg, praising him for reaching 120 days of sobriety.

The "Ted" actor added, "I've always been such a big fan and I look forward to seeing you, brother."
